“I placed my order on 26 March for over £1400 worth of products. The accessories came within a few days followed by one of the water butts. The two final water butts didn’t arrive within the stated delivery period granted there was a bank holiday weekend but still late. I phoned customer support who stated it would be a further week before delivery as it was being shipped direct from their supplier. One week later still no delivery. The order status on my customer page said it was shipped and the order complete. I called customer support who claimed the order was complete but would now check with their supplier and let me know what was happening. No feedback from customer support but the next day the shipping company called to arrange delivery which arrived on 21st April. I suggest you change your delivery company because on the shipping documents it showed it was picked up on 3rd April and obviously just sat in the shipping warehouse for over two weeks. Poor delivery service and attention to detail.”

“Lovely prodict - BETTER than it looks in the pictures. The texture on the model we chose is deep, and cutting the hole for the overflow, the material is really thick. This is NOT cheap blow-moulded stuff. The top can be removed fairly easily. I've personally cut a hole for a direct drainpipe fill, and also a smaller hole for a submesible pump. All really good, money well spent.”

“Product seems good and well-made, and was good value for money. The only reason for a less than perfect score is that the item arrived without any warning whatsoever and it was pure luck that I happened to be in when it did. Logistics seem to be provided by something called GM8. I received an email telling me that my item has been dispatched three days after it arrived. The driver said it happens all the time. Just sayin'!”
