“Very pleased with the product (245L Cascata Clay Effect Water Butt with Planter), great quality and exactly as expected. Obviously isn't made of clay but is a very realistic imitation and does not look cheap. Also was very impressed with the customer service line when I called for advice before making my purchase. “Order and delivery was very efficient. Only issue was the connection hose required the correct size drill bit. This was OK for me, but for some, this would require an extra purchase. Would be helpful to have this hole predrilled with a cover cap for the unused side. Not WaterButts fault, but the empty butt does not stand up in any wind and I’ve had to purchase strapping to tie it back to the house!”

“Pre ordered the butt and would have liked an email when it was dispatched. The rain trap instructuons were easy to follow but it was almost impossible to attach the hose to the rain trap and only slightly easier to attach it to the water butt.”

“I bought the Roto350 litre water Butt with base. It does look look quite good being a shade of dark oak and it might pick up some lichens in time. Delivery was very prompt though not left at my house, but postcode covers several houses, all named. The tap feels quite tough but I was a little surprised it was not brass for the price. However time will tell that may prove it works better whatever it looks like. I wished the connection to the drainpipe could have been on the side or in the top. We had to cut a hole in the lid. It is not practical having it in the front and spoils the overall appearance. Also the tap is very low for a big watering can even when on it’s stand because the stand is not very high. Our stand had 10% off price but it did have several inches of daylight at one point where the top joins the sides. We are not sure how it will stand up to the weight of 350litres standing on top of it. So sadly I can only give 3 stars.”
