“I recently received 2 new water Butts. I have 6 now. I have them spaced around the garden to help with flowers and vegetables. I have a water meter and the rainwater helps to keep the costs low. Last year my water company actually put the costs down. As usual the service for ordering and delivery was excellent. Thank you.”

“If we get enough rain to fill it, this butt should make all my vegetables better than they were in last year's hot, dry summer. I have difficulty in reaching the spring to open the lid as my fingers are not long enough, but a trowel should help.”

“Very good quality water butt and fittings, only small complaint is the 3 part base which is difficult to keep assembled when setting up, I screwed the 3 parts together because the butt and base is very unstable without the water in it. Good company service”

“I have bought a 225litre metropolitan water butt - and have problems with it. It wont fill and there were no instructions with it. I have others which are the more basic type that are fine. The diverter connection is very low on the water butt so not sure it that is partly the issue. But either way I would say it's a 'dont buy'.”

“Very prompt service & delivery. The slimline butts are just want I wanted. The only niggle was the tap seals on both leaked slightly. My husband fixed this issue by putting sealant round the joints, which seems be working so far. An easy fix so didn't report it.”

“I recently purchased a large 300l water butt from Water Butts direct. They have a really good range available and when I needed to call to enquire about stock levels and likely delivery timescales the staff were super friendly and helpful. Sadly things didn’t quite go to plan with the courier and they failed to deliver the item as planned (no fault on my side). The courier company tried to charge me £45 for a re-delivery but a quick call to Water Butts Direct and they sorted out the problem within 24 hours. It’s a truly great company that can provide service like this when things don’t quite go to plan! Thanks & well done! Highly recommended!”
