“I cancelled my order within 7 days of order as I was advised it wouldn’t be able to go where I wanted it to - I did this via email and online contact form on the website, the item arrived approx 3 weeks later and was sent back immediately with the courier. I have been trying to get my refund ever since from Water Butts Direct and no-one responds to me, not impressed and would not recommend.”

“Arrived on time. Excellent quality water butt. The stand would have been more rigid/stable if it was in 1 piece, instead of 3.”

“Slimline 110 litre in pale green looks good and does the job. Be aware that the diverter only sends a portion of the water into the butt, most of it still goes down the downpipe into drain or soakaway. Despite this it does the job for us. Would have scored it 5 stars but the delivery was awful, it was taken to a different address and we had to search for it. Bloody hopeless DPD.”

“Great water butt diverter product - fits pipes of many different sizes and relatively easy to install. This seems to be the only good diverter currently available in the UK at reasonable cost. I had to return one from Wickes, because it only fitted one specific pipe diameter.”
