“Easy to order online. Butt delivered in short time. Easy to assemble butt, but not so easy to connect to an existing downpipe as I had to disassemble the pipe in order to fit the filler”

“I bought 2 water butts (sold as a pair). They are fine . They came with 2 diverter kits and stands which I didn't need. It would have been useful if they had had a connector kit (which I had to buy separately). Now they are both connected to my existing water butt and are full of water following the recent downpours.”

“I have shopped with Waterbutt Direct several times over the years. So when I required two new butts I turned to them. Delivery of two 250-litre Strata slimline butts was swift and secure. One water diverter was damaged and replaced very quickly. Their customer service was excellent. I will definitely shop with them again.”

“We ordered the 275L Noblesse Decorative Water Butt. It wasn't made clear on the website that this comes with a large wooden pallet. We asked the delivery driver to take the pallet away and he refused. We asked Water Butts Direct to collect it and they refused, telling us that we should leave it outside our front gate and a passerby will surely pick it up by the next day. It's been there for 4 days now and no one has picked it up. We live in SE London and don't have a car so disposing of it is a real pain. If we had known about the pallet before we wouldn't have made the order. We're disappointed that Water Butts Direct hasn't taken ownership of this issue- the pallet is theirs and not ours.”

“it's a water butt made of recycled plastic, What do you want me to say. It was delivered satisfactorily and had all the required components to assemble. It was purchased to replace an earlier version also purchased from Water Butts many years ago which had developed a hairline fracture along the edge of the recess for the tap, possibly due to catching the tap on an obstruction during its annual emptying and cleaning, but it had performed admirable service during that time. The current model no longer has that recess as the tap flange is indented into the tank side it remains to be seen if that is an improvement. The item does not appear to be damaged, but the packaging was falling apart as the courier was prompt to admit to.”
