“Sometimes the small things are most pleasing, and they may also be rather important. We needed to move a pergola a foot or so, and the water butt was in the way. In moving the butt, the pipe no longer was long enough. then the rains started. Looked all over then found this company, ordered the pipe and had immediate acknowledgement. Within a few days, it arrived and I could cut it to size. Great service and it perfectly did the job. I'd definitely revisit for related things, and would also recommend them.”

“I needed to replace a broken tap and wasn't sure which one would fit so it was great that there was plenty of choice and clear pictures on your website. I'm not very tall but it was easy to fit the new tap on my own by gently wedging the tap in a corner of the door frame while I rotated the barrel inside using grips.”

“I am over the moon with my water butt. A prompt service and delivery. The butt and stand and accessories were all easy to install (instructions very easy to follow). It is now in pride of place next to our little greenhouse. And, is now full of rainwater too. Fantastic. My aim is to eventually install a water butt at every downpipe from the house and adjoining garage. Will be purchasing from Water Butts Direct again very soon.”

“Pleased with service provided, and quality of water butt. Second one we've ordered. However, disappointed with tap - same issue as one supplied with last year's. Water gushes out too fast. Was advised to buy a separate tap at time of order. Will now source one more cheaply elsewhere. Please can you let your supplier know that the aqua-quick tap is too quick!”
