“Just what I needed , the water butt, what else is going to fail. No point to having a kit. Although a new tap was supplied so they must fail occasionally. Prompt deliver and cheap. Also a decent 5 year guarantee.”

“Nice design and came very quickly from Water Butts Direct. Please with theior service aned value for money. However when I screwed in the tap it leaked at the joint. I had not crossed the thread or overtightened it. I had to drain down the water from the butt and remove the tap, re-sealing it with PTFE tape, which worked a treat.”

“This is a good looking water butt. It was easy to order and came within 3 days. It was fairly easy to install. It looks great and I have finished it off with a few bedding plants on the top. The hose is a very useful feature which many don’t have.”

“All necessary accessories supplied, lid turns to secures it tightly to prevent it from coming off. Adaptor to fit drain staright forward to fit however to get the tight fit I wanted on my square darin pipe I pared the thin bits of reinforcing plastic stips on the inside of each corner which then allowed me to jam it it tightly to the op section otherwise it did not appear it would slide to the bottom of the fitment. Overall happy the the product, I ended up fitting the drain fitment a little higher than intructions dictated however the flow valve still prevented the butt from over filling.”

“The threads in water butt itself were no good so had to go and buy a new tap with a nut on the inside to stop it leaking because the tap supplied wouldn't tighten up at a cost of £10 , I have emailed you about it and got no reply.so we won't be using you again thanks.”
