“A water butt is a simple product and what you present is pretty good EXCEPT for the failure to provide either a reasonable length of flexible hose or a simple way to obtain additional hose to fit. Strangely it has proved difficult to find a reasonably priced length of hose on the general market. It detracts from your butt appeal (you know what I mean😁)”

“Purchased, delivered installed and rather depressingly shrinks in size when full, to the extent that the inflow is no longer level, but 4 or 5 cm's below the original height, which proceeds to drip. It will be interesting to see if it returns to the original height when emptied. A review was requested.”

“I cant leave less than 1 star or I would have done so. I ordered 3 items over a week ago so that I could set up an irrigation system in my garden for when I am on holiday. Water Butts confirmed my order took payment and I awaited delivery. Today I received a very poor excuse of an email saying the item is out of stock, so I will get a refund in up to 5 days time! Too late for me to reorder from elsewhere and have the irrigation system set up. No headed email or proper apology just this message. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!.... good afternoon unfortunately the item ordered is not in stock, therefore I have cancelled your order. the refund was processed to the original payment method this should be with you in the 3-5 business days kind regards Stephen”
