Hi Christine, the e-mails asking for a product reviews are sent out automatically after you have placed an order, you don't need to complete them until you have received your products. If you would like to contact Customer Services, with your order details we can check on the status of your order: cs@gm8group.com - unfortunately as this is a reviews website we can't access your order details.
