“The Water Butt arrived in 3 days and all is fine. Like others have mentioned the tap would have leaked badly with the washer supplied, so I fitted it with plumbers PTFE tape. It would have been good if Water Butt's Direct had sent an acknowledgement of the payment as one expects that today.”

“Butt was a replacement for our old 120 ltr that had started to leak. All the info needed on site to choose new butt 165 was slightly taller than my old one but easy to fit new diverter.”

“Water butt ok but the tap pointed the wrong way up when screwed in. Pointing it the right way meant it leaked. Called up support and they suggested i just tape up the leak, which i did and it stopped. However this isnt the point....it should have been correct from the start. Looks like its a recurring fault and so the manufacturer should sort it.”

“I spoke to a very helpful man over the phone who requested a photo of my existing water butt which needed replacing due to a leak. He said that he could let me have the same type, which would save me putting in a new diverter and having a new stand. I took his advice and the water butt arrived quickly and I managed to fit it without much trouble. I can see it works well, after we had some rain! Thank you!”
