“Don't appear to send confirmation of order. Have to rely on courier to provide delivery date. Very slow order processing. Packaging was amateur. Was the delivery on time - don't know because you didn't give a delivery date. How long did the delivery take - if you're asking the time from placing the order = too long”

“We have put our water butt at the front of the house, as it has an excellent potential source of rainwater to fill it. This is not an immediate first choice and we have used the planting option to help soften the look. We are not gardeners and seasonal planting would also need to be considered. The current hose pipe ban doesn't help either. We've opted for artificial outdoor greenery and it looks good. We have a small front garden and further work is to be completed to finish the overall look. A picture is shown below.”

“We ordered two butt's, one if which has a small leak in the bottom. We also ordered some water treatment which wasn't delivered. They have told us they will replace but it might might take weeks as there is "a supply chain problem". So only 3 stars I'm afraid.”

“Arrived well packaged & on time. It's a water butt. Good quality. Tap is quite low which is no problem but meant I had to raise up my existing water butt to enable me to link them. Another first world problem.”

“I had high hopes, but Only used once as it allowed too much water to go down the plughole therefore wasting the prescious water I was trying to save. I am going back to lweighing the hose down as I've done before. Unfortunately I can't recommend this product..”

“Product very good, Water Butts excellent service, very professional, would recommend However, the courier used to deliver, DPD Desperate Parcel Deliveries are a complete waste of space. I f I was Water Butts Direct I would have serious concerns about DPD. Other than the delivery problem as previously mentioned WB direct is a very efficient Company.”
