“Pleased with service provided, and quality of water butt. Second one we've ordered. However, disappointed with tap - same issue as one supplied with last year's. Water gushes out too fast. Was advised to buy a separate tap at time of order. Will now source one more cheaply elsewhere. Please can you let your supplier know that the aqua-quick tap is too quick!”

“The website and ordering process was good. The products arrived promptly and in good condition. The installation instructions could be clearer. I have 75mm square down-pipes and the instructions only say the downpipe connector will fit a 75mm square pipe. They should say if you have a 75mm square pipe you need to cut out along the marks in the connector lid with a hacksaw.”

“Very pleased with the butt and it's appearance. Instructions easy to follow. Any problem I had was how to remove the tap inside the butt as it was too far down for one person to unscrew whilst holding the fixing outside. May be better if the manufacturer left complete fixture loose.”

“Excellent product, good instructions easy to fit. One very minor point my 1st waterbutt tap was a3/4" outlet this one is the smaller 1/2" tap so obviously takes longer to fill the watering can. Both waterbutts are connected to the gutter downpipes using the guttermate filter system, although not cheap they allow you to remove a plastic filter basket of debris that always seems to collect from the gutter system which is so much easier than the cheaper non removable ones.”
