“I placed an order at the beginning of June, a couple of weeks later I was told there was a delay but my order would be on it’s way by 23rd June. I chased the order twice after the date but still no sign of it. I gave up after a month of waiting. Customer service is appalling, avoid this company at all costs.”

“I ordered a bird table one month ago, and received an email confirming the order. I have discovered today that the money I paid was refunded the same day as my order, but no-one told me. I have been waiting a month for an order which is never going to arrive! What a rubbish company!”

“Bought a hose for Graf Speedy filter, but it is not the same size or quality as the hose that came with the filter kit, despite being marketed as the same brand. SKU OBA-11-55-1027-1M The filter comes with a 40 cm hose, which isn't long enough, but the replacement is much less flexible and slightly wider diameter. Expensive at £10 and poor quality.”

“We purchased a replacement water butt as our old one (stood on the same stand for 5+ years) developed a crack after winter frosts. The water butt was the same size, however when we finally got rain and it filled up, the water butt buckled and is now unusable. Water Butts Direct were not helpful and refused to accept any responsibility, blaming my stand (which had no signs of damage). Avoid!”

“Bought 2 x 200 ltr butts and an additional 2 mtr hose and coupling to link to an existing water butt. Must say these butts are excellent value. The opted for these from Water Butts Direct is I was satisfied when I purchased the same butts at a previous address about 5 years ago. Really good value for the money and a good product.”

“Products were excellent but I had to buy the water butts and stands thro' B & Q and Screwfix who were pretty useless! The manufacturer Harcostar are pretty useless too as Screwfix said most of their grey coloured water butts are not available??? Will buy direct from Water Butts Direct next time!”

“Very good purchase. Delivery as expected. Quality of products good, however the instructions suggest that a washer should be placed both inside and outside the container when fitting the tap and filler in a hole that one drills themselves. Unfortunately the kit provided did not include 2 washers per item, therefore I had to improvise rather than spend 2 hours and 10 miles getting 2 washers. I suggest that future kits include 2 washers.”

“I have been sent a water butt with instructions and fittings that just don't work - when you speak to customer services they are no help. They have the product made by a third party and just shipped to you so they are not even familiar with the products they are selling. Suggest you avoid.”
