“Only a 1 as I am yet to receive my water butts, and I haven't had notification of when they are arriving”

“I purchased the diverter which works well as expected but only 4 stars as one part which needs to be cut as per width of the drainpipe was tricky. I get the need for flexibility in the product but it somehow needs to be easier to cut.”

“Delivered on time. Great price. Great feedback and help from the customer service team. The web site is a bit odd - for example it told me the product was in stock but then told me I could not order it in the quantity requested (I only wanted one). Checkout was also odd. The confirmation email did not tell me what I had bought nor how much I had paid. And after opening an account the system told me I had no orders. Fortunately the customer service team assured me all was well and the item arrived on-time, in great condition and was exactly as described and requested.”

“I recently purchased a Harcostar 114ltr waterbutt and was delighted with the speed of service and the quality of the product. The addition of instalation instructions, along with a Youtube video, made the installation process so easy. The company already has 5*. I then called in a 'man who does', to complete the installation and the simple job became a disaster. In trying to rectify his botches, I contacted Water Butts Direct. Although it was not their responsibilty, I just needed confirmation that I had indeed assessed the botched installation correctly. I never expected a response, but their customer services were excellent. I received a telephone call within an hour or so of my email to them, they explained what I could do to rectify matters, suggested various solutions and also confirmed I was correct in my judgement of the work. It's rare these days to even get responses from companies that are at fault, but for a company to offer support to customers when it is nothing to do with their services, is a rare treat indeed. Thank you so much to Stephen for all your help and guidiance. Water Butts Direct deserves 10* plus.”

“While the water butt and stand are good and what I expected, there was only one inlet/outlet pipe with a plastic nut to secure it which meant that the spigot didn't have a nut or vice versa!. Luckily I managed to cannibalise material from my old broken water butt otherwise the new one would have been unusable. The water diverter doesn't have a cap so all sorts of dirt and leaves could get in to block it. Rather a disappointment”
