“I ordered a lid for a water butt. My fault. I looked at so many adverts that I didn’t note that the one I ordered was 660mm and is therefore too large. I needed 550-600mm. The company didn’t make one around 500mm and my water butt has no markings/company names. Will have to keep a brick on top to prevent it flying off.”

The DPD Driver wasn't exactly helpful - rang the bell and was away before I could open the door, leaving me to shout 'Thank you', and then struggle to bring the awkward parcel indoors. I'm tall and relatively fit. A smaller or less able person might not have managed it. DPD no brownie points, Water Butts Direct, 10 our of 10.”

Flowers were planted straight away. Makes a huge difference to the rear aspect of the house when compared to the old green plastic barrel.”

“Goods arrived on time and no damage, the delivery company polite and helpful . Purchased from waterbutts direct on several occasions and the goods, delivery as advertised and ordered. This time bought the one piece barrel stand far more secure on slightly uneven paving, the three piece is not as stable in these circumstances.”
