“Things didn't go quite to plan as I was advised the supplier firstly had issues with delayed delivery and subsequently had no stock or materials, so the order would take two months to arrive! Fortunately, stock did turn up, and the water butt arrived one month after ordering. I was kept informed and the outcome was better than predicted. The water butt is great. It was annoying to have to wait for something trhat you were led to believe was a stock item. Hence not 5 stars.”
