“The downpipe diverter kit is not designed for the 32 mm drill bit supplied. Washer supplied barely jams into the drilled hole with absolutely no chance of forcing the pipe in. Not sure this combination has ever bern tested together. Very unimpressed.”

“Finally arrived after a long wait. There was a lot of moisture in the barrel so the cardboard backing on the accessories pack had disintegrated as had the instructions. An email to the company resulted in new instructions being emailed but they are non-sensicle and in a micro-font that mean nothing to me. I have no idea what to do next, but at the moment I have a totally useless bit of plastic that I cannot fit to my square downpipe.”
