“I required a low profile foot, missing from a 2nd hand purchased table, once I identified the exact part that was required, it was easy to locate on the Vital Parts website, whilst on the website I found a few other items that I required, ordering was straight forward and the parts arrived swiftly.”

“The range of small parts and sizes on the website is really impressive. The fact that some of those are not available, and not expected to ever be available, even after being able to place an order for them, is less impressive. The proposed alternatives were of different sizes, so not much use. Therefore the whole process of placing an order and dealing with the discussions of alternatives, cancellations, partial refund etc takes days and becomes very tedious.”

“I rang up and spoke to Michael. He was very helpful as I couldn't see what I needed online, he directed me to the item through the website very quickly. He also had very good product knowledge and made the buying process very quick and easy, I ordered at around 11 am and I arrived the next day. Couldn't have asked for better service.”

“Ordered 2 separate items. Both 20mm square plastic feet for garden furniture. The item I really wanted were adjustable feet. Out of stock, so they sent me 25mm square feet. Too big. Have used the other 20mm feet that fitted perfectly. Just a shame the 20mm adjustable were out of stock.”
