Ordered parts on Wednesday for delivery on Friday - Called today to see where they are and was told sorry we had to order them in but never informed me - appalling service wouldn't bother again and better get refund

Ordered parts on the 28th May, web site said 3-4 working days for delivery and I am still waiting, after a call to the customer help line after 5 I was told they were waiting for stock and would be with me within the next 2 days once stock had arrived and been processed. it is now the 10th June and I am still waiting. After a second call to the customer help line I have again been told it my parts will be with me tomorrow. Crossing my fingers as my customer is waiting for this item. No apology for having to wait, web site did not say that there was no stock, shocking customer service. When I found Vital parts after some checking of what they do and finding parts I would need in the future I thought I would order from them. I wont be ordering from them again. I cant comment about if my delivery was by post or courier or if it is damaged as I am still waiting for said delivery.

I ordered 13 screws on 14 April. On 26 April they still haven't arrived. I know we had Easter in between and not all the screws were in stock, something they failed to mention, but when they were dispatched on 23 April they were sent second class. I would have thought the least they could do was send it first class after I've had to wait so long for them. I can't see them arriving now until 28 April at the earliest a full 2 weeks after I ordered them.

With regards to the part ordered, we did state on our website that there was a 2-week lead time to produce and get the parts back into stock. The parts came into stock early on the 22nd April, and your order was shipped on the 23rd April. I understand that our livestock isn't clear at this time and only shows on our product pages. We are working on making the stock levels and lead times clearer in the coming months. I am sorry that this information was missed. Your order was upgraded to 1st class, however, our warehouse didn't send it on this service. This is being investigated with our warehouse manager. I have issued a full refund for the carriage paid, you will shortly receive an email to confirm this. I have checked your tracking, I can see your order was delivered yesterday via Royal Mail. Unfortunately I had to pay £23.95 for prer-special delivery 10:30 next day and it looks like from Thursday 17/10/24 I only got a DHL delivery notice that they got muy parcel on Tuesday 22/10/24.

Do not trust the stock levels on Amazon. They are not accurate so it's pot luck if they can actually deliver or not. Placed an oder for delivery a week ago, the Amazon tracking said dispatched and out for delivery as expected. Rang Vital Parts up several days later to see where the parts were and what the issue was and it turns out the products had not even been dispatched. Turns out a foot part of the item was not in stock and was on back order for several weeks from now. They worked out an alternative which in fairness was dispatched same day but now DHL have unknown delays and I have no idea when the items are going to arrive. In short I have lost a full day onsite due to the misleading stock levels and misleading tracking information and it looks like I'll probably lose a day tomorrow too. Basically guys if you can't connect to Amazon properly. Don't do it!

Item delivered from Vital-Parts co.uk did not have a smooth dome head, there was embossed wording on the dome. Could not use. Not as pictured on their site

The screws you provided are the wrong size for the plastic feet. This is clearly the case and someone appears to have given me more of the wrong sized screws to conpensate !!!! I now have to go to the trouble of finding some if the right sized screws. So all in all very iritating especially since whoever packs the plastic feet clearly knew the screws were the wrong size. If you do not sort this out quickly I will 1. Never buy anything from you again and 2. Write a shirty review in trust pilot or however else I can find.

Hello, it is really amazing that you ask me for an opinion while my order is still not delivered ! For your information, it was passed to you 20 days ago... And on the other hand, customs duties were asked of me for an amount equal to about 30% of the price! I’m sorry to tell you, but I won’t order any more products from sites that are not part of ln Europe because it’s really too complicated. Cordially

I placed a order at 10-30 Friday 10th of March.the order was not dispatch untill Tuesday 14th March Not enough staff in the warehouse still waiting

Sorry to leave a disappointing review ! Placed order on a Tuesday paid for 1-2 days delivery got phone call Tuesday afternoon suggesting a replacement item all good so far …. Accepted replacement…. Took a chance and booked a Chippy for Thursday afternoon, the received an email ! Asking me if I could choose another replacement item ! Which obviously meant there was going to be no delivery… I rang to sort out whatever could be sorted and the man on the other end of the phone was very apologetic, I had to ask for a next day delivery of my order which I was made to feel as if it would be done as a favour !! In short I Paid for 1-2 days delivery took 3 luckily Chippy took £20 for time and fuel, products are great and I have now completed the task. Would use again but won’t be relying on delivery timings.
