Paid £11:00 for product but paid £12:00 for next day delivery which took 4days so not the best customer service .

We have not yet received it so we can not comment on the material. The people were friendly but all very complicated and I still don't know if I will receive the requested samples and the purchased material in a single package or just one of them. if I will receive something...

An inflexible policy on minimum order size meant I had to order stuff I didn’t want in order to proceed. Consequently I would not choose to do business with this company again.

Actually disappointed with the service. Online ordering easy. Subsequent phone call to tell me you were out of stock and offering an alternative which was not dimensionally suitable. Offered another that was the size I needed and since I didn't have you're website available during this phone call I specifically asked "Is it stainless steel?" before I accepted the alternative. Product arrives swiftly. Product is zinc-plated steel with a stainless steel cover on the foot to make it look pretty - not at all suitable for it's intended use and consequently a waste of my time and yours. I see your product description has 'stainless steel' on the title so that's not helpful and probably what lead to your telephoning to tell me it was stainless steel. Whatever, product consigned to the bin and what I wanted sourced from elsewhere. You win, you made a sale. You lose, I won't be buying from you again and I'll encourage other potential purchasers to avoid you. Why didn't I return them for a refund? Because my time is worth more than the cost of the product, the hassle, and the cost, time and effort to send it back. In fact I don't know why I'm wasting my time telling you all this when it's already been done on your live chat service yet still you send me a customer feedback query. In a nutshell... poor service, I won't use you again.

Ordered M5 x 60mm nylon screws and M5 Wingnuts last week. M5 Wingnuts were delivered as expected in good timing. However, was advised by customer services that I'd receive M5 x 50mm screws due to low stock of the 60mm, which I agreed to test for my application and would keep if they worked. But I've received M5 x 30mm instead of the 50mm. Tried to get in touch with customer services and Chris M regarding returns and wrong invoicing but had no reply.

Slow despatch times. A week to send an order! Never did receive the sample ordered, even after a phone call.

I bought adjustable feet to fix under a bird table. The feet and tee nut were perfect, but there is no locking nuts supplied. Meaning when you have got your item levelled up you cannot lock the feet in the correct position. I did give them a chance to sort the problem, and they sent more Tee nuts which I returned explaining yet again that it is lock nuts I am looking for, since then total silence. I have concluded that they do not understand the products they are selling. hence I give them only two stars.

From start to almost finish I had nothing but problems with this order. The only redeeming feature was that we eventually got the parts we ordered almost a month ago!

Hi, yes it’s been a while since I placed my order with you. The website is great, however I haven’t received my consignment. I have tracked my order and it is still processing in the courier hub! It’s a pity that the courier company is diminishing your service. It’s only a two star rating I’m afraid.

It took two e Mails & 4 telecons over 3 week period to obtain a response to my order request. I am still awaiting delivery of my order , promised in two/three weeks

Items arrived, parts missing, contacted them, told them sent pics in, took nearly a monthg to get the missing parts, after numerous emails & calls, apart from that the parts are ok

Was informed by email that the metal parts of the items were made from Stainless Steel so I ordered and when they arrived they were Zinc. Had to send them back

Got my items but paid for next day delivery and had to wait 2 days. Sounds nothing but the cost of next day is excessive
