The range of small parts and sizes on the website is really impressive.
The fact that some of those are not available, and not expected to ever be available, even after being able to place an order for them, is less impressive.
The proposed alternatives were of different sizes, so not much use.
Therefore the whole process of placing an order and dealing with the discussions of alternatives, cancellations, partial refund etc takes days and becomes very tedious.
