I only wanted one item but had to order 3 items because of the minimum order And as the items weighed less than 100g felt postage was a little But one of the items will do the job

ordering two items, each of which was less than £10, was difficult/impossible, even when total order was more than £10

Order was packed terribly, using the thinnest of thin bags. Predictably they split and was left with a puddle of mixed up similar sized thread caps, not impressed.

unfortunately due to the shaft of the feet being hollow it is dificlut to press into the holes for the feet in the trivet

I am in the process of returning the items because they didn’t arrive in time, due to a slow processing of the order, and consequently I had to buy from another supplier. Other than that, I think he customer service is very good and you are very helpful. The delivery and speed of processing just didn’t deliver this time. Alex

Normally a speedy service however we still haven't received our order yet, this may be down to the fact you have used royal mail and they have been taking some strike action, hence the long wait.

They ought to include a note on the delivery options to remind customers of the delivery times being affected by strikes at Royal Mail. I chose the 3-5 day option but in view of this by the time they goods arrive, chances are I'll have forgotten why i ordered them!

31 out of the 36 chair glides that I ordered and were delivered were faulty. I have been promised replacements and await further news.

Vital part though very efficient in despatching their product, but in my case, they despatched the incorrect item, I was expected to pay the return postage, this proved not worth the hassle or inconvenience. I will say this the staff were very helpful in trying to find a suitable replacement, however, this would not have suited the purpose of the job.

I got the parts I ordered quite quickly but when I returned the items unused and unopened as they were not what I needed I wasn't given a full refund only partial refund which I thought was a bit rubbish as I had to pay to return the items too. Will NOT be ordering from this company again.

The range of small parts and sizes on the website is really impressive. The fact that some of those are not available, and not expected to ever be available, even after being able to place an order for them, is less impressive. The proposed alternatives were of different sizes, so not much use. Therefore the whole process of placing an order and dealing with the discussions of alternatives, cancellations, partial refund etc takes days and becomes very tedious.

Ordered 2 separate items. Both 20mm square plastic feet for garden furniture. The item I really wanted were adjustable feet. Out of stock, so they sent me 25mm square feet. Too big. Have used the other 20mm feet that fitted perfectly. Just a shame the 20mm adjustable were out of stock.

Product great. Dispatch took a long time so almost two weeks from order to receipt of goods which means I won’t use again.

Parts arrived promptly but unfortunately due to ambiguous ordering instructions we ordered too many of what we needed. We are still awaiting a refund so as to reorder correctly.

My order arrived, correct bits so great. These are, for the domestic customer only required in very small numbers, however there is a minimum order which encourages you to buy more plastic than you require!!!! Not very green.

Mostly an efficient service and quick delivery, but wrong srock levels occasionally lead to unexpected short delivery. Accessible and helpful sales contact, but having delivered parts to the wrong address, was completely unable to recover and redirect them.

I placed the order on the Wednesday expecting the delivery of parts on Saturday but didn't get until the following Tuesday! I felt the threaded parts were not a good standard saying that they did their job.
