I want to thank you for sending such a wonderful and professional young man to carry out this work today. Regardless of all if the was an unexpected additional job to carry out Nico ensured he stayed and resolved any & every problem, In a more than professional way. I also want to point out that he was the guest employee to completely clean up after himself after him & ensure my home was left how he found it! I am very happy with the outcome today. I am very satisfied now I have a working boiler that I know go a to use and ensure if at anytime I am at risk I know how to safely dismantle

Gurjit was very efficient polite and effective. Sorted out an issue we have had problems with for months in mere minutes. He knew how to resolve a problem that several other plumbers/gas engineers were unable to fix.

I spoke to a lovely gentleman named Kush on the phone who walked me through how to reset my boiler and top up my pressure to avoid wasting an engineer visit. I would like to extend my gratitude to the wonderful man for his assistance and trying to help me and not just turn me away.

Rachel helped us so much she went above and beyond and called me on a Saturday to let me know my parts were not available, she told me she would call me back on Monday morning to which I thought this was only words and would not happen but my phone went off at 9am and low and behold it was Rachel with an appointment for Wednesday, I am a.very happy Hyde customer , thank you Rachel heating is back working !!! Great company that stick to their word , well thank you Rachel for keeping yours.

work at a housing association that Village Heating look after. I work on daily bases with Rachel from Village Heating. She is hands on and very helpful advising me on boiler issues and is always ready to help. She has helped me on numerous occations to solve the issues our tenants are having. She is a manager that will be happy to speak with services and tenants and has done so many times and resolved many issues. She is a people person manager and her team is great.We are lucky to work with her. It is a pleasure to work with her and everyone in Village Heating. Great company!!

We waited 3 weeks and had no hot water over Christmas and new year .. we had to boil the kettle daily/twice daily to shower bear in mind there are young children in this house. The cost of our electricity bill these last few weeks has skyrocketed. The new boiler has been installed but we are unimpressed, it was installed last week and then we had to wait a week on top of that for the new tank to be installed absolute joke Hyde and VHL are disappointing.

Amazing customer service from Gurjit Bhachu. When he arrived he asked appropriate questions, taking time to hear from me what the issues were, immediately diagnosing the problem as a sticking valve. His knowledge & experience shone through. Way better than the previous engineer who just looked at the system & said nothing was wrong with it, even suggesting we have the heating on permanently & control it with the thermostat that’s on the wall. Thank you Gurjit for restoring our faith in proper customer service

Nathan came to my house for emergency boiler breakdown after I called village heating in less than an hour . He fixed it immediately on temporary basis until the office consider his report for final fixing of the outstanding issues. I give him a big thumbs up

Mr Gurjit Bhacho did a very good job. He came to measure and change radiator and I complained about water leakage in the living room and he took it upon himself to see to the leaking and was not happy about what the Council staff did. He asked if the problem has been reported to the Council and I replied, yes, but was told that I have 24 hours window for another contractor to call-in to see to it, after reporting that it is risky to leave the leaking like that that the roof can curved in. Mr Gurjit went to look for the tap from the boiler that was leaking and turned it off and the leakage stopped. Thanks to Mr Gurjit for his swift thinking otherwise I don't know what will have happened in the night.
