“Raj was timely polite and professional throughout the process of installaling the new boiler. He left the condition of the areas in which he worked immaculate, as though nothing had taken place. Raj communicated with me about what was happening and I felt kept in ‘the loop’. I have nothing but good to say about this skilful agas Engineer, he is a huge credit to the reputation of your organisation and should continue to be recognised as such. His precision with the installation was meticulously executed and efficiently concluded.”

“I called in to report my heating and hot water not working in my property and a lovely gentleman named Kushh helped out with the situation through booking me a same day appointment to get someone out and resolve the issue. A lady engineer named Keerat then attended and sorted out the situation which turned out to be low pressure in my boiler. Thank you to these two lovely workers. You should be proud to have such staff members working for your company.”

“Our Engineer Gurjit was brilliant, he called when he was on his way, he was kind and courteous, he identified the problem within minutes and had the part on his van and fixed it straight away. Well done Gurjit!”

“Abdul Guhiyns came out to fix the boiler and thermostat issue that I’ve been experiencing for about a week. He executed the work wonderfully whilst assuring me not to worry much. He also cleared out where he has worked which is a first. Very impressed with his professionalism.”

“Abdul was very professional, arrived ontime and respected my property. He talked me through everything he was doing and all the possibilities that could be causing the problem.
