“Charlie was a friendly and informative plumber who saw the severoty of the ceiling leak caused by the radiator in my first floor flat that caused it to rain down through the communal passage ceiling causing minor flooding in the passage. He isolated the leak located under the floor boards and helped me clean up the mess in my flat as well as downstairs. I much appreciated his time and effort to sort my emergency problem. It put my mind at rest .”

“I had a gas engineer visit today (VHL)his name was Charlie and I am incredibly impressed. He was extremely professional from start to finish and a true example of what excellent customer service looks like.
