“I requested a callback from a manager, and Rachel got in touch. She was extremely helpful and quickly understood the issue i was having with no heating and hot water. An engineer was sent out within 24 hours - he was very professional, clean and thorough and managed to get the boiler back-up and running. A big thank you to Rachel for taking the time to call me, discuss the situation and find a resolution so quickly. Excellent service all round.”

As it was a multiple-visit job, she made sure everything was coordinated smoothly from start to finish. She was professional, responsive, and kept me well informed throughout, making the whole process feel stress-free. She truly restored my faith in Hyde. The engineer was also great—punctual, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. Across each visit, they worked efficiently, explained what was being done, and left everything tidy each time, which I really appreciated. “Nico was amazing- he's the main man - this man deserves the highest raise - he was professional, courteous, clean, respectful. There is no mains stop cock in here but Nico came up with solutions nothing stopped him. He even double checked his work to prevent issues. Of all the workers to attend my home, Nico was on a ln entirely different level. The best by far, all radiators working, even the ones we thought weren't working. Thanks Nico - Total Prol”
