“Timberwise carried out a damp inspection at my daughters new home. They arrived at correct time, gave good advice and did not try to sell me a service that wasn’t required. I was very impressed with their professionalism.”

“Following a request for a survey which was promptly scheduled with a friendly and knowledgeable Steve Kholer, we discovered a much more rampant issue with Dry Rot. The team at Timberwise lead by the very experienced Norman who attended site fr the duration, including Justin, Adie and Mark could not have been more professional and helpful. Dry rot had spread to several rooms, munching through joists and partition walls. A weeks work turned into about 5 weeks. We're also grateful to Leah in the office who sorted out planning to get our house put back together a few days ahead of Christmas. We're especially thankful for finding a company who clearly knows what they are doing, especially during what is a stressful experience. Final thanks has to be to Norman. A one in a million. Thank you Norman. Thanks to Steve and Caine, The Local Branch Manager for mucking in 'on the tools! Thoroughly recommend Timberwise.”

“I had problem with damp on one of the wall in my house in Manchester. Contacted Timberwise Manchester and was very impressed with the service from start to finish. From the office staff, surveyors, technicians and plasterer, all did their job professionally. Adam the surveyor came with someone else and I couldn’t fault their attention to details and took the time to explain to me the process and time to complete the work. Timberwise came at the appointed time, took care to protect my belongings and left everything clean and tidy. Very happy with the job they did to the wall, while carrying out the work in an efficient and orderly manor. The technician (can't remember his name) returned the next day to finish the skirting board even-though he had injuries with one of his fingers. The plasterers are perfectionist. Very happy with the plaster. I am extremely happy with all of the work done. Thank you. I would recommend this company.”

“Our grateful thanks to first to Timberwise surveyor Graham Malpass who diagnosed our timber problem and took all my concerns away and also to Nick, Dave and Dav who worked non stop. They took the old timbers out and replaced them with new ones. Everything went smoothly and they worked in difficult conditions (in our cellar) with good humour, cleaning as they went. Professional service from start to finish. Thank you.”

“We got in touch with Timberwise after discovering a leaky shower had soaked through some timber beams below (about a year ago) and fungal growth appeared. Jenna on the call was helpful and arranged an appointment. South East rep Gary Carty came over to view, he was extremely thorough and knowledgable and said that as the leak had been fixed and his readings showed below levels of concern we should remove the growth and there was nothing to worry about regarding the integrity of the timbers. He actually told us not to spend money, a refreshingly honest approach.”

“We attempted to arrange a survey with 9 companies locally in our area, all barr 1 failed to show up and we were recommneded Timberwise by a work colleague. We arranged a survey on my mother in law's house and was dealt with swiftly by Bethan Carter (administrator). The Surveyor (Mr Parker) who attended on time and called 1 hour in advance was prompt, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and diligent in his approach and explained in a simplistic manner the exact issues identified within the property. He was thorough in his delivery of his findings and also explained the 'next steps' as regards timelines on providing a report and quotation for rectification works. We will have no hesitation in placing an order as feel the standards of expectations were exceeded and the Surveyor was genuinely honest in what he identified but moreso took the time and effort to break it down in a clear precise manner and for this reason alone we will have no hesitation in placing an order with Timberwise upon receipt of their quotation. Overall we would have no hesitation in recommending this company solely based on our experience thus far.”

“The service received by Timberwise was excellent. Speedy, they came to do the survey and treatment within a few days. Justin did a superb job. It makes such a difference to have a tradesman come to your house, competent, friendly and professional. “Quick response to request for survey. Surveyor was informative. Report was quick. Once contracted, the work was scheduled for soon after. And flexible - I had to postpone once. I was reminded of survey date. Mystry, who did the job, was punctual and explanation of the work programme was clear and thorough. Work was completed in good time, including replacement of a couple of floor boards which was not planned. Excellent service.”
