Once contracted, the work was scheduled for soon after. And flexible - I had to postpone once.
I was reminded of survey date. Mystry, who did the job, was punctual and explanation of the work programme was clear and thorough. Work was completed in good time, including replacement of a couple of floor boards which was not planned.
