“I have no hesitation in recommending Timberwise. I had an area of rot in a roof timber. After carrying out a moisture test Gary advised me I needed a roofer to deal with water ingress, which was the problem. He said to spray it would be unnecessary and a waste of my money. Gary was knowledgeable, personable and honest (which can be rare these days). He made a big impression on me and had I needed work doing, I would not have hesitated in using them.”

“Office staff first class very helpful and courteous, but the quality of the finishing work was very poor. Two further visits were needed to try and rectify low quality workmanship and it’s still very bad”

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review Tony. Regrettably, on this occasion, we didn't meet the high standards that ordinarily we expect of ourselves. Our South East team have been in contact to rectify the situation and have subsequently made several visits to make amends.

“I found the quote somewhat misleading. I understood that the ground floor was to be treated, but was advised that it should be cemented as the woodworm issue would keep happening owing to poor ventilation. The top 2 floors of the house were treated, but the ground floor was left untouched. I queried this as the quote did not clearly state that the Ground floor would be left untouched. I did expect it to be included in the work. I paid the full amount before the work was completed and I'm not entirely happy with the level of communication.”
