Our grateful thanks to first to Timberwise surveyor Graham Malpass who diagnosed our timber problem and took all my concerns away and also to Nick, Dave and Dav who worked non stop. They took the old timbers out and replaced them with new ones. Everything went smoothly and they worked in difficult conditions (in our cellar) with good humour, cleaning as they went. Professional service from start to finish. Thank you.
