“Timberwise were very competitively priced and the service was second to none. The survey completed by Keith Wilcox was clearly explained, the installation was efficiently organised by Mark Silvester and the work was carried out brilliantly by Mark Butler who even laid carpet protectors across all carpets. Great service!”

“Very professional service. Our survey of a house we are purchasing revealed a small area of wet rot in the roof space. We contacted Timberwise who arranged for a surveyor to inspect the property at short notice. We met with Duncan who was extremely professional and explained the issue in easily understood terms. Essentially it was very localised, not active and nothing to worry about. All very re assuring. We would certainly use Timberwise again if we needed to.”

“Excellent service overall. Thomas our surveyor was really helpful and devised a plan of work much more appropriate than a competitors quote. Adrian on site was fantastic, great workmanship and really helpful. When work started we had discovered an adjacent damp issue and this was dealt with as an add on piece of work. Adrian was brilliant in fitting this in on a Saturday, so the project would not be delayed.”

We're in a complicated and frustrating equity release process, compounded by my father's ill health, but the Timberwise team were really kind and generous with their time: Rachel Gullis was helpful and clear on the process and practicality, especially regarding how the survey would work around my father's mobility issues; Peter Bell handled the survey itself, and my father was so impressed by his expertise and clear explanations. There was some initial mix-up which Timberwise handled very efficiently and courteously, and then we got a very comprehensive site-based investigation by Thomas with a very informative discussion on the day and a report which was rapidly delivered and ideal for the purpose.”

“I can’t thank Luke ( Gadbrooke Park) enough for his patience in dealing with me. I needed a woodworm and damp survey on a house purchase at a very problematic stage in the process and at very short notice and he was very helpful in organising this. He was also patient as developments made me defer then ultimately cancel the survey. I have used Timberwise on a previous property and found the whole service excellent. Luke has maintained this standard and I will consider no other contractor for any building specialism.”

“Timberwise have just completed a new full cavity drainage system across three lower ground floors totalling c. 100 sq.m. In a private Leeds house. Martin Wilkinson was extremely helpful and responsive which provided confidence in the design specifications from first meeting to project completion. The site team Matty and James did a brilliant job installing the solution again giving total reassurance. Customer service in the office from Katie was also perfect.
