We attempted to arrange a survey with 9 companies locally in our area, all barr 1 failed to show up and we were recommneded Timberwise by a work colleague. We arranged a survey on my mother in law's house and was dealt with swiftly by Bethan Carter (administrator). The Surveyor (Mr Parker) who attended on time and called 1 hour in advance was prompt, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and diligent in his approach and explained in a simplistic manner the exact issues identified within the property. He was thorough in his delivery of his findings and also explained the 'next steps' as regards timelines on providing a report and quotation for rectification works. We will have no hesitation in placing an order as feel the standards of expectations were exceeded and the Surveyor was genuinely honest in what he identified but moreso took the time and effort to break it down in a clear precise manner and for this reason alone we will have no hesitation in placing an order with Timberwise upon receipt of their quotation. Overall we would have no hesitation in recommending this company solely based on our experience thus far.
