Just started the process with Timberwise. So far they have been very professional and prompt with their communication. Lauren was able to answer all my questions and gave me confidence that they had the skills required to deal with a damp issue in my 160+ year old cottage.
Surveyor is booked in for a visit and have received his profile which was very welcome. Hoping to be able to do business with them. Will update as things progress.
