“Timberwise have just completed a new full cavity drainage system across three lower ground floors totalling c. 100 sq.m. In a private Leeds house. Martin Wilkinson was extremely helpful and responsive which provided confidence in the design specifications from first meeting to project completion. The site team Matty and James did a brilliant job installing the solution again giving total reassurance. Customer service in the office from Katie was also perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Timberwise and this team to anybody considering these solutions. Many thanks Guys!! Adrian.”

“Mark, James and the whole team at Timberwise were brilliant from start to finish. I had an issue with rising damp in my kitchen walls and floor. Having had quotes from several different local and national companies, I found Timberwise to be the most informed and attentive. They gave me the greatest confidence they could identify and actually fix the problem, whereas other companies seemed like they didn't know what they were doing and were just looking to make money. Timberwise did a free survey and provided a written report detailing the causes of the various issues and recommendations to fix the problem. After booking them, they installed a new chemical damp proof course and a water and salt resistant render, floor membrane, and vapour barrier. The work was booked in at speed and completed over the course of a week. It came with lengthy guarantees. I'm very happy with it and would definitely recommend them to others looking to get damp proofing works completed. I would particularly like to thank Mark, who was a pleasure to have on site doing the work and James who did the initial survey and helpfully answered a range of questions I had throughout the works.”
