“Really impressed with the service from Timberwise. The damp survey was extremely comprehensive, thorough and straightforward, and everything was explained clearly without any unnecessary jargon or pressure. The whole team were incredibly easy to deal with and made the process feel simple from start to finish. I’m especially grateful to Olivia for her exceptional customer service throughout. She was so helpful, friendly and professional, and always made sure everything was dealt with promptly. I’d also like to thank her colleague Laura, who was equally helpful and a pleasure to deal with. It’s clear that the team genuinely care about their customers, and I really appreciated how easy and stress-free they made the whole experience. “We used Timberwise after our Level 3 RICS survey identified potential issues with damp. They completed the extra survey quickly and the report was with us the next day. The information was easily understandable and the surveyor was happy to explain the details of the report in simple terms and the problem was rectified quickly and the outcome was better than initially expected. “I would highly recommend Timberwise Perth for the excellent work carried out at my property. A big thank you to Chris Beckett for all his help, advice and guidance before the work started. He was extremely helpful and approachable, making the whole process feel straightforward from the outset. I’d also like to thank Robert Hunter and Cammie for all their hard work. The works included Wet Rot Treatment, Woodworm Treatment, and the installation of a membrane around the outer door. Robert was fantastic throughout, particularly with carrying out the various treatments and the reinstatement of the kitchen. He kept me regularly updated on progress, explained what was being done and took great care to ensure everything was completed to a high standard. The whole team were professional, friendly and reliable, and I was very pleased with both the service and the finished work. “Gary came to visit yesterday and was incredibly helpful! We have black mould in an area adjacent to my son's bedroom which I have been really worried about but Gary put my mind at rest and told me how to rectify it very simply. “We were really worried about finding woodworm in our hall and front room floor. We phoned Timberwise South East team who were all really professional from our initial telephone enquiry through to Ian Harding the surveyor and Brian Hicks who carried out the work. Ian and Brian were obviously very experienced in their roles and we felt confident in the plan to treat the woodworm and all the work carried out. The communications from the whole team were excellent throughout including the office team of Connie, Jackie and Debbie who kept us up to date. Would really recommend this company.”

“Very happy with the service overall, dealt with the Yorkshire team. Graham who initially carried out the inspection did so in a friendly and professional manner, providing pragmatic solutions to some of the issues we experience at an aged property. James then carried out the works - he was prompt and again very professional. It was a tough job owing to the low roof and tricky obstacles but he cracked on without fuss and did an excellent job, very clean and tidy work. Overall highly recommend Timberwise from the experience I have had.”

“We needed cavity wall ties replacing but also repointing and some roof repairs. We wanted scaffold to be part of the arrangement to ensure all was coordinated. Whilst the scaffold and other repairs were not a service normally provided Timberwise listened to our request and incorporated all into their work by appointing appropriate sub contractors and coordinating this work in and around the wall tie replacement. The price was vary fair and reasonable. Tmberwise and their appointed sub contractors were professional, efficient, helpful, tidy and very respectful of our property and of our neighbours. Katie and Liz were helpful, reactive, proactive and approachable throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.”

“Thomas Knight came and assessed our roof on a free of charge survey after we suspected woodworm activity. The appointment was easy to arrange and happened quickly.
