“Neil from Lincoln branch carried out a small damp treatment. he covered down some furniture and was clean and tidy 5 stars from me.”

“I have no hesitation in recommending Timberwise. I had an area of rot in a roof timber. After carrying out a moisture test Gary advised me I needed a roofer to deal with water ingress, which was the problem. He said to spray it would be unnecessary and a waste of my money. Gary was knowledgeable, personable and honest (which can be rare these days). He made a big impression on me and had I needed work doing, I would not have hesitated in using them.”

“Keith came over to do an initial inspection of a damp wall in our bathroom and the wall on the other side of the bathroom by the stairs. He was friendly, knowledgeable and clearly very experienced. After he'd measured the moisture levels of various parts of the walls he came to the conclusion that we didn't need damp proofing work done at all. He explained why and it made a lot of sense to us. Keith's honesty and excellent customer service was great and basically, just plain reassuring. We're not the experts, we're dependent on contractors being honest and truthful. So whilst Keith might have left without a new job booked in, he left a great impression upon us. We would definitely recommend to anyone we know, who needs this work on their home, to give Timberwise a call. Just to add. We'd already had an inspection from one of the big damp-proof course firms. Perfectly nice people, but quoted us several thousand pounds for something that doesn't need doing.”

“I discovered a small area of decay in a window frame and was,not sure what type of rot it was. The Timberframe surveyors arrived and James assured me that it was wet rot and that it was a simple DIY job that I could tackle. Thank you for your advice and honesty. (Another company had worked up the job into a quote for £4k+.)”

Once I had scheduled the appointment in our surveyor Ian was punctual and understood exactly what needed to be done, given our slightly unusual report requirements. When I asked if he could do a revisit a month later, he was responsive & was available next working day to quickly pop round. Highly recommend! Great service from Ian and the team.”
