“Dean (Foster) came to our house and was extremely helpful. He also confirmed the appointment by text the day before and gave a good indicator what time he will arrive which helps us plan the day much easier. He identified the issue immediately and gave good advice. We actually had Dean 2 years ago with another survey in a different part of the house and then Timberwise helped us to rectify the issue, so very happy to see him again as we trust him to be professional and efficient. thank you Dean. “Rotten roof beams needed replacing - Richard and Stuart did a great professional job. Also impressed how they covered the furniture and stairs and how they cleared up and tidied away their equipment every night. Very happy with the service and the company is recommended.”

“Used Timberwise twice now and find them to be a very professional company who do any excellent job. Care is taken to protect your floors/carpets as work can be messy and they leave as tidy as can reasonably be expected. They turn up when they say they will, technicians are friendly as is the surveyor who assessed work. This sort of work seems not to be cheap but then I’ve not comparison/knowledge so can’t really judge whether they are expensive or not but from my experience you can be sure of a first rate company to deal with. We used the Lincoln based office.”
