“Unfortunately you don’t make your pricing clear, that it’s per tile and not per square metre until Therefore the tile is too expensive. Disappointing as the sample tile is nice”

“The tiles arrived quickly. When I opened them a month later (the tiler was delayed) I noticed some had been broken in shipping. I wrote to Tile Experience and they sent replacements right away without a fuss at all even though it was a month after shipping. You can tell a lot about a company when there are problems- in this case they were probably damaged in shipping by the courier and not Tile Experiences fault- and I was hugely impressed by their 'no quibble' response to my issue. I would use them again.”
