“just one way they could improve. a delivery date on the email or on the sales receipt included in the email. or on a follow up email.. i had to ring to find out a delivery date”

“The Tile Experience was an easy company to work with; good prices and excellent service. Unfortunately in the last box of tiles that i opened, 3 tiles were broken. I managed to use one but I need the other two to complete my project. I hope that they prove to be as good as I think they are by replacing the tiles that were broken.”

“Prices seemed sensible and competitive, and an easy online purchase experience. Prompt delivery, and generally good communication although I'd warned that access to the delivery address was narrow and materials were delivered (direct from the manufacturer in this case) on a very large lorry and couldn't get to the site.”
