“Great product Delivered on time. Dropped a star because the 2 bags of tile adhesive were left on my doorstep and I had to wait until my husband got home to move the bags because they were too heavy for me to lift.”

“Sent an email with measurement of area needing tiling and information of tiles required. Immediate response with quantity needed to order on their website. The tiles are perfect and quantity was spot on an look great! The only issue I had was the website wasn't as clear to navigate and occasionally had to refresh, login in/log out.”

“The website is easy to use the postage is super fast but my tiles turned up today and there all smashed to pieces so I cant even see what there like maybe u need to pots in boxes rather than wrapped in bubble wrap in a postage bag”

“I ordered a sample tile which I needed to check would match existing tiles in our kitchen. The sample arrived within a couple of days. It was actually broken which was a pity, but as I only needed to check if it matched, that wasn't really a problem.”

“Fast delivery. Although came from a diffferent company. This was confusing when i got a call from delivery driver saying he had a delivery from a company name I didnt recognise. He had to go in the back of his truck to tell me what was on the box.”

“I purchased 'instock' items (grout) and just to be conscientious I also called to make sure they had the stock to which I was told they did......you can imagine my reaction when I got there to be told by the warehouse guy that they were 'out of stock'......Hardly ideal as I drove 50 minutes to get there!!! However, with that moan aside I would add that the warehouse guy and the office sales guy were as helpful as they could possibly be and all was not lost. My advice would be that if stock online is showing as only a couple of bags then you should call and make sure the office guys go out to the warehouse (its not far for them!) and actually check for themselves and that may well save you a wasted journey.”

“The quarry tiles were of good quality and just what we wanted. Although there were 4 emails on the day we ordered, thanking us and about delivery, they arrived one morning without any notification. It didn't matter as we were in and all was fine.”
