“Very happy with the service. Had put the wrong address. Order was made out of office hours. But call up next morning and was able to amend without any difficulties. Advisor was very accommodating. Delivered to site as promised.”

“Ordering was easy. Delivery was quick but cost of delivery was higher than expected. Tiles were as described but not great quality. You get what you pay for I guess. I was trying to replace a couple of cracked tiles from a different supplier who had discontinued their brand.”

“Very quick in sending samples and my contractor placed an order which he is told will arrive in a few days. Only gripe was I could not get through to their sales on the phone. The number on the website was answered by recorded message, voicemail or simply dropped the calls.”

“Items arrived well protected on a pallet, although 1 day later than stated at purchase. This meant I waited home all day to take delivery, which did not happen. I telephoned Tile Experience, who chased it up to arrive the following morning. The people at Tile Experience responded well, but were let down by their sub-standard delivery company. Delays happen, but a message advising of this to free me from waiting should have been sent. Nonetheless, the attitude of the Tile Experience people & condition of received goods mean I would consider them for future purchases.”

“Very helpful support (James) was very fast and clear on response. Only minus was that the driver didn’t delivery inside our house so my wife was left alone with the heavy boxes until I got home from work.”

“The website was easy and straightforward to use. I found the item that I needed at an amazing price. I was chuffed to bits, but then I was emailed the next day to be told that the item was discontinued by the manufacturer and I would receive a full refund. I appreciated the prompt reply and my refund being processed straight away, but I was disappointed that the item was still showing for sale online when it's actually not.”
