“Tiles are lovely up on the wall very rich.....But we had to through away approx 10 tiles that were damaged....marks on the tiles....very disappointing......”

“The tiles have yet to be laid! Given which, the price and delivery were excellent. The web site was too quick to respond, making it a little tricky to use. Probably easier next time (which there may not be - our house is nearly finished.) Vey helpful phone calls and sample despatch in response to questions by e-mail. You appear not to answer your phone!! You should be more widely known. Why were we not told of you by tradesmen etc, instead discovering you through Google.”

“I had already spoken to James about tiles through email and he was very helpful. So i thought i would order two samples of different tiles to look and the color,style and size of them before i go ahead and order any. They arrived with a crash on the floor as they went through the letterbox but i was surprised they were both still in one piece when i opened package.”

Hi Barry. thanks so much for purchasing through our website. glad we got most of the experience right :) We are busy working on new delivery methods that would allow us to offer a cheaper delivery cost but would have a longer delivery time frame. Our couriers work on volume and weight and so 40kgs tends to be a bit more expensive to ship especially next day. Have a great week Regards The Tile Experience

“Initial order was, I have to say, poorly packaged and more than half the tiles were damaged. Of course, putting 'fragile' on the pack seems to mean nothing to many a courier. However, when I called they were prompt, courteous and really did well to get the tiles to us by the next day - and they were far better packaged this time! So I'd cheerfully recommend the Tile Experience again and will try them in future. Oh, and they carried a type of tile I'd been struggling to find elsewhere or locally, so well done on that score also.”

“For: Cheapest price found online for the tile adhesive I needed, discount for bulk order. Against: Delivery arrived a day earlier than quoted but luckily I was in to accept it. Arrived on a pallet which fell apart as it was unloaded, causing some of the bags to break open, had to stick tape over the holes so they didn't go off.”

“The epoxy resin grout I bought from this company failed to set properly which was the manufacturer's fault and not this company. However, Lee did not try and fob me off and immediately and without any prompting from me sent a replacement and at over £30 a tub, this was not a giveaway. Throughout, the Tile Experience did all they could to put the matter right and I rate their service as very good indeed. I would certainly use them again”
