“We've had our tiles for 25 years and have now decided to take the bath out sorted new one's saw these ordered them amazing yes slightly whiter but so happy if needed any more no hesitate definitely recommend”

“Tiles delivered in good order. Would have been 5 stars if delivery had included an arrangement to call customer 30 mins before actual delivery time to allow some flexibility. Was also told it was guaranteed next day delivery if ordered before 12:00 mid day. It actually arrived two days later.”

“Purchase tiles and adesive and backer boards first order was delivered within 48 hours and i attened the showroom to collect two other orders that i made. Staff very friendly and helpful. Also had a couple of refunds which were completed in 24 hours. Quality and price of tiles very reasonable would definitely purchase from them again.”

“I was looking for a border tile for my floor. I saw a couple of tiles on their website that I thought might go/match with my floor tiles so I requested free cut samples of the 2 tiles. The tiles arrived quickly within a couple of days so thank you. Although we liked 1 of the tile samples,unfortunately, the tile depth of 10mm was not compatible with my other floor tiles which are 8.2mm in depth. Due to this difference in depth of tile, I could not proceed with an order. Excellent free sample service from The Tile Experience.”

“I would of given it 5 Stars but the courier destroyed the samples I ordered, all but one was broken into ten pieces, but the one that wasn't broken is the one I am going to order.”
