“Fast delivery. Although came from a diffferent company. This was confusing when i got a call from delivery driver saying he had a delivery from a company name I didnt recognise. He had to go in the back of his truck to tell me what was on the box.”

“Hi I have had a good experience with my two orders for my building project. I need another large order but wanted to know if you price match. I need 150 bags of the following screed at trade price. “I purchased 'instock' items (grout) and just to be conscientious I also called to make sure they had the stock to which I was told they did......you can imagine my reaction when I got there to be told by the warehouse guy that they were 'out of stock'......Hardly ideal as I drove 50 minutes to get there!!! However, with that moan aside I would add that the warehouse guy and the office sales guy were as helpful as they could possibly be and all was not lost. My advice would be that if stock online is showing as only a couple of bags then you should call and make sure the office guys go out to the warehouse (its not far for them!) and actually check for themselves and that may well save you a wasted journey.”

“The quarry tiles were of good quality and just what we wanted. Although there were 4 emails on the day we ordered, thanking us and about delivery, they arrived one morning without any notification. It didn't matter as we were in and all was fine.”

Hello. Thank you for your review. The cut off for next working day delivery is 12pm. It is clearly marked all over the website. I believe your delivery was made when it should have been.

“Ordered Marmox boards from these guys and the company themselves are very good had an issue with delivery that’s why 4 stars otherwise would have been five. Communications are very good in finding out what happened to order which the delay was down to the courier. Have ordered again and this experience was great will use again and recommend”

“I have only given a 4 star rating for one reason, and that was the delivery. The tiles I ordered are perfect and only waiting now for better weather to get them fitted. My disappointment was with the courier APC, I got my two hour time window, which they didn’t meet, then having no update on app to say what is happening, I drove 30 minutes the next morning early to the depot to collect them myself. The box itself looked as if it had been through the wars but all tiles were undamaged , So that soured the experience a little, or it would have been 5.”

“Good prices, and quality materials. Delivery is charged at next day rates but isn't next day. The web site makes a big issue about next day delivery if ordered before 12.00 noon, and there's no option to have economy delivery if under 50Kg, so you're stuck with paying premium delivery plus have to be available to check & sign for at any time between 8am & 5pm...so that's your next day wasted waiting in for nothing, and no progress on the project. But the very small print at the bottom of the web page it says next day is not guaranteed, because the couriers are beyond Tile Experiences control. So in summary why mess your customers about just so you can charge premium rates for something you can't achieve?”
