“The packaging was very poor, you could hear the tiles moving around. Not enough packaging. Two of the tiles broken but received an apology and replacement tiles to arrive the next day.”

“Easy to order the tiles which turned up in a couple of days. I haven’t unpacked them yet as they aren’t needed for a few weeks but I hope that they are all intact when I do. They seem to be well wrapped”

“Good price but only needed one litre and not two. So worked out double the price. Arrived in good time too.”

“I haven’t opened the boxes as yet, so can’t assess any breakages, however, good prices, next day delivery as needed. Had to chase a delivery slot on the day. Had a slight issue trying to get through on the ‘phone - which went to a personal mobile judging the recorded message I heard, so sent an email instead, which I received a prompt reply to. So, all was well.”

“Excellent product + speedy delivery!!! Would have preferred a cheaper postage option though!!! I didn't need items next day + £11 postage for £20 worth of tiles was not appropriate!!! I would have been happier with an alternative cheaper option also!!! but great product + service!!!”

“Many of the boxes arrived wet and had disintegrated, probably my fault as they had been delivered promptly when I wasn't expecting them so had been out. Courier had reboxed them so all seems well. Be aware of delivery as our drive is gravel so courier had to leave them on pavement 44 boxes of 20 tiles had to be transported from roadside in the pouring rain. Overall we are happy with tile experience so thank you, we just have to lay them now!”

“I bought £1,300 of Marmox Thermobloc and this firm was the cheapest supplier. The stuff was delivered in 2 days as I missed the slot for the next day. The only downside was that I did not get any tracking information so was unsure where the goods were.”
