“Sample tile received (Dorset red) but expected Dorset Woolliscroft Red. Unfortunately tile sent is darker and thickness greater (by 2mm) than required tile(s). Are Dorset Wooliscroft red still available please?”

“Really happy with my order. Tiles arrived well packaged with only 5 out of 400 damaged (we've used them in area's where cuts were needed so minimised waste). My ONLY criticism is after email acknowledging my order I received no more communication, no delivery updates or tracking information. I do work from home, so not an issue as such but to know a day/timeframe is always useful.”

“Superb. They had the tiles I wanted and, more importantly, they could ship the next day. I ordered 1 minute past noon, and gave them a call. Lee was superb to deal with on the phone. The shipment made the deadline, and I got full tracking information later that day. Delivery turned up, and was brought right into the hallway - carefully as the tiles were huge. Really happy with the whole process, and will definitely use again if I need more spare tiles.”

“I wanted some Schluter tile trims which are not easy to get without paying a fair bit on postage. Since I live in Sutton, I can order and pick up the trims from Tile Experience, the staff was nice and I got them within a week.”
