I placed an order with high expectations from this store. The product I chose was exactly what I needed, and I was eagerly awaiting its arrival. However, to this day, I have not received my order, nor have I received any explanation or update regarding its status. The purchasing process was straightforward, and the store had a wide variety of products to choose from, which led me to believe I had made a wise choice. I entered my shipping details and paid for the order in advance, following all the instructions provided by the store. I not only lost my money but also my trust in this store. I understand that delays can happen, but transparency and communication with customers are crucial in such situations. It is worth noting that my international order was processed without a tracking option, a choice offered to customers. However, I find it unacceptable that international orders are allowed to be handled in this manner. In an age where international shipping can be unpredictable, having tracking options for such orders should be a standard practice to ensure transparency and reliability. I hope that my negative experience can help others make informed decisions when considering this store in the future. My recommendation is to seek more reliable alternatives with a stronger customer service track record.

Have not yet received the product, so I'm not yet in a position to provide a meaningful review. Unfortunately, this is common: to receive a solicitation for a review almost immediately after the purchase transaction. Perhaps this is ignorance of this fact or perhaps indication of interest only in the purchase transaction -- and not of the shipping, or initial or longer-term product satisfaction. Either way, it doesn't reflect positively on the company in my view. The additional questions that popped up below after typing suggest the interest is in the sale.

Awful, paid extra for next day delivery, the driver didn't even get out of the van & said the premises was shut, total lie. 2 days I spent rearranging the delivery. Eventually he attempted to redeliver, walked into the wrong premises, tried to force the parcel on them, then faked a photo of him delivering it. Delivery company have stopped communicating with me & I still haven't got what I ordered and it's now 4 days late. Would strongly recommend not using DHL in the Midlands as your courier.

I have yet to receive the order from Pi Hut, and it’s been a month and a half. Yes. We are 6 weeks in after I made the order and haven’t received it yet. I will NEVER order from you again, that’s for sure.

Placed an order and received a fishy email requesting a copy of my passport "because the courier needs it" in order for the parts to be delivered. Replied to the email and submitted a support ticket wondering what was going on and why on earth they would need that information to order some simple DC motors but neither received a reply. Seems very scammy. Still unclear if the order is even coming at this point.

The LED strip was faulty on arrival and they make it big a hassle to get a refund/replacement. Do yourself a favour and get your LED strips from Pimoroni instead, much better.

I still did not get the package and I ordered it on June 30th, and the tracking information is frozen since July 5th, so at this point I do not know when and if I will get it at all.

Did not receive my order even so it was sent tracked 24. This is probably not the fault of PiHut but as you aware these RaspPi are hard to get. If it gets lost in mail and are asked by PiHut to wait another 10 days after waiting for 3 days until they can do anything that is annoying.

I would be happy to write a review except I haven't received my cable yet. You should advise people on how long it will take to arrive although 10 days seems like a long time.
