Not well on this occasion, unfortunately. The package shipped with Royal Mail tracked delivery, from Pit Hut, had gone missing last Saturday. The postman couldn't be bothered to take it to the door, ring the bell or simply drop the small package into the letterbox (it would have fit) He dropped all the packages for the residents in the main hall in an unsafe location, probably left the main door open too..everything was stolen including my Pi Hut order. I raised a support ticket, look forward to hearing from you. Regards

I ordered 5 items from PiHut, the order came quickly, but missed one of the 5 items - apparently it was a packing error. After I contacted them, I got a very generic email and they only offered to refund the missed item. They were unable to send me another as they were out of stock. So to get the key missing part, I have to wait once again for stock and then pay delivery again. They didn’t offer to deliver for free, or give me a priority order to correct their error. In fact, when I contacted support for further assistance, I got no reply at all. Oh and the refund, will be next month!

I had a problem with the delivery address, auto file combined two different addresses, I messaged immediately to sort out, had a delay in the response and then told nothing they could do, which is rubbish, of course there is. I've worked in warehouse and dispatch and it can be sorted. There needs to be a mechanism in place to recognise that and address doesn't exist. I've complained twice and no response or any custom service. I wanted to support a different business other than Amazon, but had to go back to them as the response has been so poor.

I found it to be a good start only to a bad ending as I will not be shopping again with you, due to all the messing around you not lisening to me with you sending out currpt sd cards, which as now been return to you for a replacement or I will be needing a return for the item after it taking me 3 days to get it to work by having to buy a new sd card. I found it good that the item was sent to me with no issues but on the setup I was not informed of any setup process at all. There was aslo nothing in the box.

My order was sent to the wrong address (this was my fault, as I had moved). However, their order system has no way of cancelling or amending the order. I sent an email immediately, but this was not acted upon for 12 hours. Their reply stated that they couldn't change the order anyway once placed. So I'm out of pocket and won't be ordering from them again. Too inflexible.

Hi, I have not got the items I ordered!!! I have been in contacte with your custome care and they just replied that I have to wait for 25 days and suggested that I should talk to my neighbours (?). I will not do business with you again. Have a nice day Thomas

Your transport contractor is asking for unexpected and unanticipated extra-fees, without quote .. I am close to leave to the packet undelivered

Shopping was fine. Customer service is bad. My package arrived crushed damaged and without padding in the box to protect the Pi. I submitted photo’s to customer service documenting the damage requesting a replacement. Billie instructed me to get a shipping quote for returning the Pi saying that The Pi Hut would pay for it. If the damaged product is not returned ThePiHut will not refund or replace. So I drove to USPS and my quote was ~$50.10 USD (57% the cost of the pi). Billie says that’s too much it should cost $20 and wants me to find another quote without tracking or insurance. I said that doesn’t make sense to return without tracking or insurance. After all.. no physical return = no refund. Then Billie claims that The Pi Hut will refund / replace even if it gets lost in the mail. The return process is a nightmare I have shopped here before but I will not shop here again. Friends don’t let friends shop at The Pi Hut.

Still haven't received my order yet it seems to have been lost although they said they tried to deliver it when I was home 🏠 no one tried to deliver it

Avete impiegato più di 20 giorni dal momento dell'ordine, senza tracciabilità (non era specificato) e con l'aggiunta delle spese Doganali nonostante arrivasse dalla Germania, 11€ in più sul costo della merce (non ho trovato nessuna specifica in merito). Ora, dal momento in cui prendete l'ordine non è più possibile avere informazioni o status dell'ordine se non scrivendo al supporto dove se io scrivo in Italiano mi rispondete in Inglese e tutti i form sono in Inglese (non trovo corretto questo servizio). Sinceramente, non credo che acquisterò di nuovo sul vostro portale, ho trovato servizi decisamente migliori.

I am a regular purchaser of Pi Hut products. I spent £104 on an order and was charged £3.99 for delivery, which took 5 days to arrive. Disgraceful.

Avoid at all costs and order from a professional supplier like Farnell or RS. Pi Hut dispatched an order 2 weeks after paying and didn't deliver it to my door and as such has now disappeared. A huge disappointment and I have no hesitation leaving a negative review for appalling service and incredibly slow customer service.
