I emailed asking for help with an item, only to be told I hadn't bought said item, even though I supplied an order number. I again replied with proof of my purchases and was told I would get a reply and some help on the products I'd bought. No help was ever recieved. The customer service was very poor.

I never got the package. DHL says it delivered the package at a time when the person supposedly signing was out at school

This is a pity as I recieved the items well packaged and with no delivery problems, my issue started when the PI 5 failed in the middle of its initial update and I could not get it to restart. I did eventually sort out the problem on my own and will stress I was not sold fauty goods, but, when I thought the PI 5 had bricked I used the support portal, which just failed to acknowlegde my existence, I submitted tickets, tried setting up support accounts (using several email addresses), changing password and ... nothing, no acknoweldgement emails, no password reset emails. I did eventually sort the problem on my own and it was nothing to do with PI HUT, however, perhaps the support portal was having a bad day, but as there is no phone number and I was unable to find an email address for PI HUT I was left with a £100+ item that I thought had failed within minutes of me unpacking it and the helpless feeling of having no way of contacting the supplier. Obviously I cannot say how good/bad their support is but I would not recommend anyone take a risk buying from here.

After reading the reviews, I expected my item to be delivered the next day after ordering well before 2pm. It didn't. A little annoying to be paying for 1st class post when it isn't sent out the same day. I have so far asked two questions about the product and haven't received any replies. My RP500 still doesn't find a network when a working ethernet cable is plugged in to it so is practically useless. I will not be purchasing from here again.

I was unable to get it to work,first time the Pi screen came up, it could not open the MMVE. From asking the number one PI man Lee on youtube he mentioned problems the PI has with NMVE,s i got the one he recommened Patriot p310.And the problem i get with saying there is not enough power.The oficial Pi5. power supply should be upgraded to higher one you should get Jeff Geerling or Leepspvideo to sort all this out.I don,t know why it comes with no instructions again Lee gave me a link for them.Also it failed to post the etthernet was blinking so no problem the HDMI cable works fine.Everthing works fine with just your fan on the PI.I want to send it back ,and would not recommened it.I tried it a number of times.

The board didn't work and support wasn't helpful. It is a shame as I was looking forward to use it and it came highly recommended

I was not happy as I put in a order which I didn't think went through so I ordered again only to find both orders went through. I got in touch straight away so I could cancel one order. I was unable to do this and now have had to pay two lots of postage. I will not be recommending you to anyone.

Doubt I’ll buy from here again. Terrible after sales support. Case arrived cut inside out - shiny surface on the inside, matte on the outside with shiny joins from the cuts. Looks pretty weird and cheap. Contacted customer support and shared photos. Issue acknowledged, return setup. Replacement case sent out is matte both sides, with shiny joins… so looks identical to the original from the outside. I’m told this is how it should look… so why create the return? Support started stonewalling when pressed how this makes sense. Asked to have this escalated internally to discuss and resolve this. Refused. Had two emails asking for review - management look at to know what works and what doesn’t - would rather have talked it over than leave a negative review but support left no other option.

Execution of the order excellent. I am NOT happy with the product (Sense Hat). It seems rediculous to offer a product that includes temperature sensing which is seriously corrupted by heat from the Pi's cpu. Even when mounted on a Pi 400 the readings are unbelievable.

Terrible. Less than a minute after ordering I realised for some reason their integration with PayPal had given my old address so emailed twice. I waited two days to be told there’s nothing they would do despite the parcel being sent somewhere I could never get it, and when I responded I heard nothing back from them at all. That’s my last order with Pi Hut.

My raspberry pi had a fault. Theres a small blown chip on the board. When i asked the support team they asked me to just post it on the raspberry pie forum. I did and havent heard anything back from them. https://imgur.com/a/9byFQK7

I can'r say, as you don't deliver to my country and I have to use another company with an address in the UK. Now my order is still in transit.

Endless spam emails, begging for a review after an order!! Last one even had a dead link in it. That's how you lose me as a customer. I have opted out of marketing emails, and still I'm sent these emails asking for a review. Pretending to be from individuals at the company. "Jamie from Pi Hut", "Rich from Pi Hut". I will go elsewhere in the future!

I made a mistake when ordering from The Pi Hut. I accidentally sent my package to my old address. I caught the error 4 minutes after placing the order and immediately contacted support, thinking this would be a simple fix. Nope, not for The Pi Hut! Despite hours before dispatch, they flat-out refused to help. Their excuse? “We ship fast.” and "It's operationally inconvenient for us". Their support team spent the better part of a day copy-pasting policy at me, showing no willingness to engage in the finding a solution. I even received the old “If we make an exception for you, we’d have to do it for everyone.” excuse. Essentially, they admit that this issue happens so often that actually helping customers would be too much of a hassle! Ironically, their concern was “efficiency,” yet they happily spent hours arguing with me instead of spending seconds actually helping. I’m still not sure if they genuinely believe this is good service or if they just enjoy debating their own customers. To be clear, my frustration isn’t about the mistake—I take responsibility for that. It’s about how a company responds when customers need help. The Pi Hut had every opportunity to offer even a sliver of goodwill. Instead, they chose to do nothing. So, if you ever order from The Pi Hut, make sure you get everything right the first time—because if you don’t, you’re on your own.

As soon I pressed to complete the order realised that website didn't got the address from PayPal (my chosen payment method) and instead use my old address saved from my previous order. I email customer service that told me that nothing could be done. I should be more careful but customer service should be more helpful. As there's no tracking number for order of £30 I lost my money and my item. Definitely this put me off from buying from you again. I'll start use website with better customer service for future orders.

Potentiometer are very cheap, they didn't work on my pico, so checked them with a voltage meter, and connection were very fragile, so won't buy them again, thanks anyway
