At least the second time I have not received my goods. There's really no one to complain to so I guess I have to do it here. I have had a few packages make it but it's hit and miss. If you're in the states, you're better off buying from someone in the US or you may be paying for something you never, ever see..... I wish I could give a better review but this has been my experience.

Package arrived in reasonable time,in apparently good condition. However, when the Argon was assembled and connected according to the instructions the pi5 would not boot ,niither of the LEDs lit, I dissesembled the Argon and connected the pi 5 again this time it booted normally. I retried reassembly the Pi and Argon with inirially the same result, but this time on dissasembly and reconnecting the pi only the red led lights and it will not boot. truly anegative experiance.

Madame, monsieur, bonjour, J’ai malheureusement dû refuser l’article car je voulais faire un cadeau à mon fils mais quelle a été ma surprise quand la factrice m’a annoncé que je devais payer 20€ de taxe pour réceptionner l’article. Ne pouvant pas me permettre de payer une pareille somme en plus du prix du Raspberry Pi, j’ai du le refuser. J’espère que vous l’avez bien réceptionné et que je serais remboursé au plus vite. This sucks. The product did not work and they fail to give me a refund or send me a shipping label to send the product back. I would not purchase anything from these guys…..

given this a 1 star as I hope it will get attention needed. I purchased a low value item £10 + postage. I didn't receive or at least not yet 1 month since purchase. when I queried I was eventually told that the purchase had been sent to a partial address correct name and town but minus road and postal code and that I would have to wait for postal service to return before it could be sent out again which I am guessing will be never. I used PayPal for the purchase so cannot understand how the address error came about and doubt I will ever find out but won't be using pihut again

I set an order and made the payment. I then received a message telling my order is cancelled because the product is not available anymore. I've received reimbursement a few days later... But exchange rate is disadvantageous to me and I still had to pay exchange fees to my bank. As for my previous order attempt at PiHut, I set my order (filling delivery address), made the payment, then I received a message stating my order can't be delivered to my country... Sure I received reimbursement but same things: exchange rate and bank fees charged to myself. Just as if PiHut was getting some cashflow by accepting orders and then cancelling them. It may be not the case, however, PiHut is definetly banned from my address book.

I ordered an Argon 40 NVMe case for my RasPi 5 from The PiHut on March 28. The order sat in London waiting for DHL to receive/start the shipping process until April 4th when it leisurely left London. It didn't arrive in Germany (processing) until April 8th where it has been stalled as this is April 12th. I appreciate this shipment is traveling out of the UK but I received another item sent by Royal Post from London in less time (while this shipment was meandering via DHL to Germany).

I ordered an audio DAC for an Argon One, Had a few issues - like it didnt work - so I contacted the 'Support Portal' who pointed me to a thread about RP14 running an old OS and totally irrelevant to the DAC. When I commented about the thread content I was told to return the DAC. Excellent communication, brilliant 'Support' and I'm verging on being sarcastic.

After my last order, I realized my credit card was charged ~20% more than the price I'd been shown in my cart when I went to check out. (This is after accounting for currency exchange and shipping charges.) This is not limited to my order, but any order placed in USD currency. (Details are all in the ticket #146470, including trivial repro steps that take 30 seconds.) That ticket was closed as "Solved" without anything being done--I just confirmed the issue is still occurring. I honestly don't know whether I was shown a too-low price on the website and in my cart, and was actually billed the correct amount, or whether I was overcharged. But right now it amounts to a bait-and-switch, so I won't be placing any more orders or referring any business over there. Disappointing, as you have good inventory and I hadn't had any problems in the past.

My order has not even arrived yet and The Pi Hut wants a review. Instead of offering a tracking number so that I can know where my order is, they spend money on surveying customers. :(

I would love to review the items I got from PiHut but i have not recieved them yet. I tried calling DHL and the said the sender needs to get a hold of them. Maybe when i get them, I can write a more in depth review. According to DHL traing it is in FLUSHING, US for the last 9 days. When I get the items, I'll update the review.

Not well on this occasion, unfortunately. The package shipped with Royal Mail tracked delivery, from Pit Hut, had gone missing last Saturday. The postman couldn't be bothered to take it to the door, ring the bell or simply drop the small package into the letterbox (it would have fit) He dropped all the packages for the residents in the main hall in an unsafe location, probably left the main door open too..everything was stolen including my Pi Hut order. I raised a support ticket, look forward to hearing from you. Regards

I ordered 5 items from PiHut, the order came quickly, but missed one of the 5 items - apparently it was a packing error. After I contacted them, I got a very generic email and they only offered to refund the missed item. They were unable to send me another as they were out of stock. So to get the key missing part, I have to wait once again for stock and then pay delivery again. They didn’t offer to deliver for free, or give me a priority order to correct their error. In fact, when I contacted support for further assistance, I got no reply at all. Oh and the refund, will be next month!
