“This is my first time and my only down fall this far would you guys don’t ship to me so I had to ship the item to other person who then will ship to me…the shipping time seems a bit longer than usual as I’m on the other side of the pond - but I did ship items from your general location to me and it never took near 39 days. To say the least if this item doesn’t work then I’ll try again but this time I’ll contact you guys first.”

“Good website and a great range of products. The ordering process was smooth and easy, but the box did arrive fairly damaged in the post with things like lithium batteries inside. Nothing inside it appeared to be damaged though.”

“Good experience from beginning to end. My one criticism is that when comparing two different models of Pi, the website didn't make it particularly easy because the layout of the page wasn't the same on each item and there wasn't a comparison feature.”

“I bought 4 items for a project to control a water valve. Website is really easy to navigate, product range is extensive and prices are competitive. My problem arose during shipping. As I am in ROI, my package got stuck in customs and I paid a small customs charge. This delayed the shipment which took more than 2 weeks. This is not a PiHut problem, but a real pain.”

“Ordered on 25th March, on 9 April not yet arrived. I have chosen the cheapest way to deliver and I don't know if it will arrive with postal service or a delivery company because there is no tracking available. Is true that in Romania the postal service is not the best, actually is on the other side. I am sure that is a good device, but for delivery service I will keep a star. Still waiting .....”

“Great service and delivery from The PI Hut. I bought the Raspberry Pi 5 Desktop Kit which is worked out a good price as a whole kit and all comes assembled (heat sink & fan plugged in) ready to use out of the box. Only fly in the ointment was that the SD card had the 32-bit version of Raspberry OS installed, therefore, I had to install the 64-bit version myself. Would have been nice to include the original box for the Rapberry pi itself for when it comes to resale when upgrading to the next model.”
