Really fast processing of my order. Great descriptions on your website so made it easy to decide which was the right product to get. The only minor negative is that everything was delivered in branded packaging and as I was purchasing for a surprise present, I had to do some very quick talking as the intended recipient saw the package before I did.

Good value for what the products are and packaged well. Unfortunely, wish they was a different shipping provider as £4 for Royal Mail (ordered Friday, arrived Tuesday) is rubbish compared to the majority of online retailers

These power supplies used to come with a set of UK,EU & USA adaptors. All you have to do is stock one for every three that you stock now. Not smart and not sustainable. Because I won't buy a USA one when I go west. Imncan't imagine anyone else doing it. Apart from that it works Thank you

The Arduino Nano ESP32 has been a bit of a disappointment. This is not the fault of Pi Hut. For Arduino newbies like myself, working examples are important, but I tried about half a dozen of the examples given under the Arduino IDE (with the correct board selected) but only the simplest one, aa flashing LED worked. The Serial Monitor in the IDE, which I use as a makeshift debugger, failed until I loaded a Python module as recommended in a web article found via DuckDuckGo. I can't recommend the Arduino Nano ESP32. I am changing back to Teensy. Their examples work!

Great debug probe. Just remember if you've bought a headered Raspberry Pi Pico 2 you need to solder either a header, JST connector or the wires to the board as it doesn't come with it.

Generally, the experience was good. I bought a Raspberry Pi 5, a black case, a black mains plug, a SD card preloaded with Pi OS, and a black HDMI cable. I set the system up, and it all worked out of the box(es). There is still room for improvement though. All of the components are black - except for the Raspberry Pi, which is oddly green. My gaming PC is entirely black, so circuit boards can be black. Also, the SD card came with the wrong version of Pi OS. My application (PiDP-10) requires the latest 64-bit version, not the latest 32-bit version. Not the end of the world - I have ordered a SD card writer and another SD card - but a bit of a mess. On the website, it sort of mentions that the supplied OS is 32 bit on the left, half way down; and you don't get an option, which would have been nice.

Typically happy with PiHut on price and quality. Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5 IO Case is too shallow to accomodate heatsink without moving fan to top of case. This is a known and widely reported issue and surprised this is still being sold with such a significant design flaw, Fan only cooling is insufficient.

The unit I purchased does its job very nicely. However I found that I could hear better when I placed the headphone on the bone at the back of the ear, so maybe a new design could be created to help better hearing for people like me

All the items I purchased so far are of good quality, no complaints there. However, £3.90 delivery fee for small items is ridiculous (like a microSD card for example).

Product arrived promptly and was as described. Surprised that for a £57 item that shipping was not free.

Only complaint I have is that I couldn’t amend my order after making it. If you change that policy it’d be 5 stars.

Items arrived on time and in good condition. I was astounded by just how small the Pi 5 is, and even more by how small the Argon enclosure is. It's literally pocket-sized. I did find assembling the case and Pi 5 was fiddly. I ended up needing tweezers to get the cable in. Maybe the photos ought to have something in them to give it scale? And setting up the machine was easy.

Bought 2 items, a DAC HAT and a taller case. The DAC is good and produces much sound quality than the internal A/V ouput. The case is an other matter. Despite checking by email in advance that it would fit, it doesn't ... well not without some minor surgery on the DAC board. Also the case is awkward to assemble, esp. with out any instructions. I found you have to fit the HAT AFTER inserting the main Pi board into the case; I would have strongly preferred to assemble the complete PI + HAT BEFORE putting iit in the case. Not a case i would but again :-(
