“I bought the Arduino bootloader-programmed chip (Atmega328P) × 2 and paid more than the going rate from other suppliers because it was already programmed with the bootloader. When it arrived, I installed the first chip and there was no bootloader installed on the chip.”

“My last purchase, which was advertised as something new, I made it thinking that the product I bought was the latest version of the Raspberry Pi Zero, the Pi Zero 2W, which I purchased about a year and a half ago at the same price as this version, the Pi Zero W. Unfortunately, upon completing the order and realizing my mistake, I couldn't find a way to cancel the order and the shipment when the preparation hadn't even started yet. Fortunately, these are not high-priced products, but I believe it's something that needs to be resolved, and I feel really upset about it. As a result, I will not make future purchases on your website unless this issue is addressed.”

“This has to be the worst packing I've ever seen. The Raspberry Pi Zero W was loose, and not in a sealed anti-static bag. The bag was there, but it had come out and was rattling around the cardboard box. Also, no paperwork.”

“Awful customer service, after they used an obviously incomplete address the item was returned undelivered, and then they refuse to give me a full refund! Definitely detected a bit of an attitude too. Will never use this bunch again, as they clearly don't give a *.”

“The module I received was broken and broke the additional module I bought this one for. But support, as before, did nothing. All questions I was asked, they gave me links to I ask someone else! What for they there than if they cannot answer questions about products you selling? Not happy with this store anymore.”

“The order has been delayed so many times I'm unsure if I'm ever going to receive it. Customer Support would not tell me where it was or even give me a ballpark estimate of when it would reach me. Will not be ordering from this site ever again. In fact, at this point, I'm giving up on my order from this site and just re-ordering it from somewhere else. I'm sure they're lovely if you're in the UK, but if you're anywhere else, Buyer Beware.”
