Shopping was fine. Customer service is bad. My package arrived crushed damaged and without padding in the box to protect the Pi. I submitted photo’s to customer service documenting the damage requesting a replacement. Billie instructed me to get a shipping quote for returning the Pi saying that The Pi Hut would pay for it. If the damaged product is not returned ThePiHut will not refund or replace. So I drove to USPS and my quote was ~$50.10 USD (57% the cost of the pi). Billie says that’s too much it should cost $20 and wants me to find another quote without tracking or insurance. I said that doesn’t make sense to return without tracking or insurance. After all.. no physical return = no refund. Then Billie claims that The Pi Hut will refund / replace even if it gets lost in the mail. The return process is a nightmare I have shopped here before but I will not shop here again. Friends don’t let friends shop at The Pi Hut.
