“Purchased USB-C cable with built in switch for a Pi-4 that's attached to a 3D printer running OctoPrint. Unfortunately, the application warns that insufficient power is being provided to the Pi and that this could cause problems, damage prints etc. came to Pi-Hut to purchase this as I had seen similar issues on Amazon, but ended up disappointed nonetheless.”

“I was not at all happy. I purchased a raspberry pi touch 2 screen, a pi 4B and a raspberry pi touch 2 case. The advert for the case had the same name as new version of the screen but, was actually only compatible with the older version of the screen. This really should have been made more clear in the way the screen was advertised. So, I thought that I would order the older version of the screen to match the case, only to find that it is now out of stock. And the new version of the case that is compatible with the new version of the screen, is not yet available. The money spent on these items was for a birthday present for my forthcoming birthday. But, what I got is useless for my usecase so, a complete waste of money.”

“Previous orders from the PI hut have been despatched and delivered in very good time. Finding the item I needed and going through the order process was very easy. I received an email that the order was despatched five days ago. Sadly I have yet to receive this order. Itr is only a simple cable but without it I can do nothing. As one end uses a Grove connector I cannot buy just one anywhere. I think I will have to invest in a bag of 100 connectors and begin making my own cables.”

“Order delivered to wrong address, notified pi support immediately the order was placed, but as not helped redirect item to correct address. That's with 30 minutes of order so they continuedcti send to wrong address, item has be5reset to pihut but as yet no money refunded so I can reorder”

“Pi 500 was delivered very quickly, without any form of documentation. Learned on FaceBook Raspberrypi Group that they are supposed to be delivered anlong with a 32GB card of some sort ~ mine wasn't though. Still havent managed to get it going.”

“Another case that doesn't work. This time it's a power supply issue that I have to refer to the manufacturer. Perhaps not selling cases that don't work with certain types of M.2 drives and don't work with the official Raspberry Pi power supply would be a good idea. I won't be buying any more cases that look nice but don't actually work from PiHut or anywhere else. Goodbye”

“Very poor service. My account had my old address, so I corrected the address on the web page and ordered my item. The order confirmation arrived with the old address so I contacted them immediaytely. All of this took less than 10 minutes. The response was that it will have been picked and shipped already and it will go to my old address, if whoever is there now returns it then I will get a refund. Fortunately it was a cheap item so if I never see the refund its a small loss. But since it appears to be a fault in their system the attitude was appalling.”

“Product failed: I bought it to connect my Garmin ETrex32x GPS to my new MacBookProM3 (USBMini to USB-C). Though the connections were made between hardwares data transfer was unsuccessful. Both hardwares were software updated, power supplies fine etc.”

“They sold me defective case Argon ONE V3 M.2 NVME Raspberry Pi 5 Case. I cannot unscrew one of bottom screws. Those screws were over tightened and they are made of some soft metal. One of them got damaged (stripped head). They said I should contact Argon40 but they still haven't sent me replacement case.”
