You customer service rep, Jayden, told me you can't do that for me but you do have a returns policy.... but I'd have to receive the item in order to do that! “ Very fast shipping, really fast delivery... but limited descriptions on the website, for example which accessory is compatible with which Pi. For a company that mainly sells just one product ecosystem it shouldn't be too hard to add a compatibly list to items, to reduce customers purchasing the wrong item, all hassle with returns or just to keep customer retention. ”

Unfortunately one of the items was not what i ordered but after communicating with the support team it was swiftly sorted out and i was able to return the package. I reordered the item again and this was promptly dealt with and i also received a refund within a day of the incorrect items being received back! Fantastic service and communication and i would highly recommend! ”
