“ I ordered on the weekend so expected it way later than when It came I thought maybe Thursday but it came on Tuesday and it was only sent to post on Monday so thats next day as they don’t work weekends that is really fast . Im new to tech but I’m working on a prototype the sped of delivery meant I was able to start amd practice and the price was cheaper than half the other places i was going buy from i didn't know pi hut existed till after research and by looks of it i am glad I found it I will be a returning customer snd my prototype will become a reality due to this company and how fast they ship ”

“ I received the wrong item at first. I raised the issue with the help centre. A returns note was issued. The correct item was dispatched the same day. ”

I place the order and immediately sent a message to you requesting it to be changed. You customer service rep, Jayden, told me you can't do that for me but you do have a returns policy.... but I'd have to receive the item in order to do that! Thankfully the item was delivered albeit with the muddled up address. ”

“ Very fast shipping, really fast delivery... but limited descriptions on the website, for example which accessory is compatible with which Pi. For a company that mainly sells just one product ecosystem it shouldn't be too hard to add a compatibly list to items, to reduce customers purchasing the wrong item, all hassle with returns or just to keep customer retention. ”

“ They sold me a raspberry pi that didn't exist, supposedly realised when they went to pack the order, but then only told me and refunded me once the order had arrived. They also didn't give me any other options but to refund the pi alone, meaning I now have a bunch of kit for a pi that I'll need to find elsewhere. Shipping updates from The Pi Hut didn't reflect those from the courier (Pi Hut was wrong). Order from elsewhere. ”
