“Memory card was 500mb (sold as 32gb)when I tried to wipe it and format it on a pc so even if it works with pi’s it’s not a normal sd card and should be sold with that caveat which it wasn’t”

“I have bought 3 motors on Friday and came to me on Thursday the week after that , which was already late . I have chosen the first class delivery as the next day delivery was super expensive!”

“The micro sd card that i bought with my pi 5 was advertised as a 32mb but when it came it was stamped 32. But was actually on 512g. I had to go and by a replacement 32 micro sd to complete any install we needed”

“I connected the temperature sensors up to an existing circuit and they didn't work. On contacting The Pi Hut, I was totally disappointed with their reply and responses. I was hoping for better. I will stick to cheap alternatives from eBay.”

“Pretty disappointed with this shipment tbh. The NVMe base has the same footprint as a Pi and so isn't really able to have active cooling, unlike the Geekworm NVMe Base I've bought previously. The screws to assemble the case are very small and incredibly fiddly if you're more than 3 years old and with the parts provided it isn't possible to pre-assemble the Pi and NVMe base with the interconnect cable before fitting it in the case, so is really awkward. Worst of all, it doesn't boot when fully built, but if I disconnect the screws which hold the NVMe to the Pi and SSD in place, it boots fine. Currently not usable.”

“I would like to leave a review, however no product arrived. I was not aware that if I did not pay for the extra postage, I loose all visibility on my order status and have to wait 10 days for the post to expire. I have contacted pihut support, and was told that this was the case. I guess for small orders you just need to pay the fee or take your chances.”

“The Picamera 3 billed on the website as "compatible for RPi Zero2" (just above the price - £24) isn't compatible because the flexi cable doesn't fit. Of course, if I hadn't bought it using a laptop with a smaller screen I might have spotted further down the page that to make it compatible with the Zero2, I would have to spend another £4.50 on a special cable. So now the price of the device is no longer £24, it is now £28.50! Suggestion: Ask the buyer which device he/she wants to use it with, and supply the correct cable to make it compatible.”

“Experience of shopping with you is bad. Was choosing 8gb pi model but in the cart was 4gb, notice once have paid. Contacted customer service and received no help in sorting simple task. Now have to RMA it back and loose money for shipping. Spit in a face not service. What do you think?”

“my purchases did not arrive even after 16 days and I am very disappointed with the situation UPDATE: DHL undertook to bring me a product from the UK to Romania for a double price. After 19 days of waiting for the package, I found out that my package was somewhere lost between the German post office and the Romanian post office. After long and multiple phone calls and e-mails to the merchant (uk), yes DHL Romania, to DHL Germany (redirected to DHL Austria) and Cargus Romania + Romanian Post, I went alone to customs in Bucharest and recovered my parcel , after of course they made me pay for the transport once again under another fee. It should be mentioned that I noticed on the shipping box, as if I would have paid for a normal international transport, not for a fast one from door to door. This is the last time I will use this company.”
