“DO NOR PREORDER FROM THE Pi Hut! My preordered Pi 5 has been sitting in Germany for 5 days. It took an additional 5 days to get from Order Fulfillment to Germany. I hope it can arrive before the first of the year. :((”

“Ordered the Pi5, there has been an expected wait. However, the international shipping is awful. It departed on 24-11 and it is now 9-12 and as of 4-12 my order was still in Germany. Nice site, shipping fail. I hope I get my order this year at this rate.”

“From November 24th my item is still in transit. I paid 12£ for delivery and I think it should be sufficient and more for a fast delivery. Ok, it’s a Pi 5 but I placed the order in September! Many thanks”

“Ordered on 20 november ORDER #1096151, but still waiting for it 13 days and counting to ship to Latvia cannot check where is it because in order tracking it says Tracking Deutsche Post () and no number. Hope i win 50 pounds to order another one and hope it will arrive.”

“DHL, the shipping company you use is atrocious! You shipped the Pi 5 in the first week of November. It languished in London for four days and finally arrived in Germany. It sat there for four days and then finally made it to New York. It is still there. The shipping is likely to take a month. I will never order from PiHut again.”

“I find it very irritating to order a Pi 5 as soon as you told me I could pre-order one, and to watch videos on YouTube of people who already have one, and to realise that if I want to overclock I should get the recommended power supply, and to get that (supposedly out of stock for the You Tube content creators) power supply in the post within a week, but still not have the Pi 5 yet. I pre-ordered the Pi 5 as soon as you told me I could. I understand that production of them takes time, and that it is only fair that you deliver the first ones to the people who buy the Mad Pi magazine and You Tube content creators. But I am beginning to doubt that I will see mine this side of Christmas. You could at least have given me a more precise date - rather than just "late November and December" on your web site. They are, after all, made here in the UK.”

“I pre-ordered a Raspberry Pi5 Starter Kit on 7 November. I expected to be informed of the likely shipping date & because I had heard that availability of these units was somewhat restricted I quite expected a long delay before it would be shipped. I obtained a Priority Boarding Code from Magpi on 9 November which I communicated to Pi Hut and I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email on Friday 10 November saying that my order had shipped. At that stage I felt I was receiving a 5 star service. Using the Royal Mail tracking reference provided I expected the 'next working day' delivery to occur on Monday 13 November. It did not arrive & worryingly the tracking app did not confirm that Royal Mail had even actually received the item. I gave it another day but on 14 November contacted Pi Hut with my concerns. a possibility your order wasn't scanned with the others when this was collected by Royal Mail. They promised to investigate the issue with Royal Mail & get in touch when they hear anything back. In the meantime I don't have my goods and there is no indication of how long it will be before I receive them. I therefore have to downgrade my satisfaction rating to very poor (although it might turn out to be Royal Mail who are at fault). When I have received my order & an explanation of the cause of the unnecessary delay I may well be happy to revise the rating that i have given Pi Hut today.”

“You didn't put my address in the package and now it's stuck in the mail service and It's a hazzle to retrieve it. Only information in the packet was my country code and city number. Paying for home delivery was useless.”
