“I couldn't get the paying system to work on the website so emailed. The gentleman who dealt with my query was swift, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The problem was quickly sorted and I have another wonderful diary from The Pen Company.”

“The Pen Company is my only "go to" place for stationery stuff. I'm also a diary fetishist so this is where I buy mine. I order in September and once in stock they despatch promptly, usually before the month is out and in time for me to start filling in next year's appointments. No... not the social whirl you might imagine, but hospital appointments. A gloomy thought so I brighten up my mundane days with a beautiful Paperblanks diary from The Pen Company. “Delivery prompt. I've been using these Paperblanks mini diaries for years & like very much. This 2023 Moorish mosaic diary, has a noticeably thinner (softcover) backing than before & no elastic, which I didn't notice when ordering. Only time will tell if it's as robust as usual. But hopefully it's as good”
