I ordered a Graff ballpoint pen - delivery due within 4-7 days this was ordered in March. I’ve emailed twice asking for an update - nothing. The website is still advertising this pen due 4-7 days? I’ve asked if I can buy the fountain pen instead as that’s in stock - no response. At least respond to an email. Very disappointed.
