“Packing arrived undamaged and My Kaweco Pens Paper Box with the pen was intact. Excellent Packing. Shipping cost is very pocket friendly. All the Kaweco Sport pens I bought from this webshop write very smoothly out of the box without problem in Fine Nib. Customer service person Mr. James is very responsive and quickly answers the doubts. I had an amazing experience buying from this web shop. Delivery time 15 days by India Post from date of order placed. May take more time in Customs clearance is customs is having backlog or high scrutiny in country like Brazil. Looking to buy more products from them.”

“Really good service from The Pen Company whenever I have ordered from them. Most recently I ordered a pen as a treat for myself on the Monday and it arrived at my house the next day. “Very good service. I needed some refills for a a pen that has multi colours to select, I have not been able to find anything suitable for ages and then came across this company. The only other place I found these refills was in Germany and shipping cost made them prohibitively expensive. So pleased to have the pen back in use and at at a very reasonable cost. Shipping wad fast and the refills were well packed.”
