“The purchase of this rollerball pen completes my collection of Graf von Faber-Castell pens and pencils and I enjoy using each of them daily. Excellent quality product. Excellent pricing and speedy delivery. My only gripe is that I should have ordered a fine refill at the same time to replace the medium that came with the pen, but that's on me and doesn't detract from the Pen Company. I wouldn't hesitate to make another purchase.”

“I found the Pen company when searching for a specific make of fountain pen. They had lots of options from inexpensive to more luxury and a good selection of accessories. It was really good to be able to get the pen I wanted at a cheaper price and better selection than a major online store and felt good to support a smaller business. Great service and quick delivery. “Ordered a pen as a birthday gift for my son on 23rd March, with his birthday on the 31st. The company promised 48-hour delivery and stated that payment would only be taken upon shipping. Despite this, the money was taken immediately and then… nothing. I received no updates, no dispatch notice, no communication at all. I chased the order on the 28th after hearing nothing, only to discover that late on Sunday the 30th, the payment had been reversed through my bank — again, with zero explanation or contact from the company. Now I’m left without the gift my son really wanted — a fountain pen he was so excited about — and clearly no prospect of it arriving on time, if ever. This is disgraceful service with unacceptable communication. I won’t be ordering from this company again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone expecting reliability or even basic customer care.”

“Mission accomplished! On their website, they say “we endeavor to offer a first class service” in my case they certainly did. I needed a replacement tip for one of my rollerball Lamy pens from many many years ago. I looked everywhere and could not find it. Then I came upon the pen company. While they did not have the exact color match for the part I needed, they did have the part available in a different color so I ordered it. Because I’m in the US and this is shipped from the UK, I called to check on the order several weeks later. My part was back ordered however in my communication with the company, I mentioned that I wish they had the color I needed to match my pen. I was told they thought they could get it and if they could, they would ship it to me instead of the one I ordered initially. Several weeks later, it arrived in my mailbox. Now I have use of the pen that I had stored in my desk for the last 30+years! I will definitely use their company again should the need arise. Thank you The Pen Company for a job well done!”
